    Is Nattokinase Protective Against SARS-COV-2?
Nattokinase is thrombolytic, spike protein degradative, and anti-aging enzyme produced by Bacillus subtilis. Is it protective against SARS-COV-2? Let’s take a look.

Still dealing with recurrent EBV activation post covid (3/2020) & "post J&J shock" (Aug 2021, mandated by remote job in the disease industry) so haven't been able to catch these presentations live late at night - too exhausted. I just want to tell fellow Koolbeens I'm still hanging out on the planet in this body, trying to stay here. Love you all, and sending love to Doc Loofy, Dr. Been & family. ❤

You are not alone, had to get it for having a remote job in the health care industry. I had severe back spasms after both doses, lasting days at a time. Unlike anything I've had before. Contracted the coof in the time gap between dose 1 & 2. Then had shingles on my face 2 weeks after the second dose. I followed closely with my eye doctor and my eye was clear in 2021. Dec 2022, my routine eye appt showed I started forming a new blood vessel in my eye. I had no more symptoms of shingles after two courses of Valtrex back in 2021...so the eye specialist I was referred to said I had a sub clinical flare of shingles forming a scar on my cornea. I thank God everyday that it was not over my pupil or I would have vision loss. Between the information I've read from Dave Asprey about intermittent fasting and from doctors like Dr Been, I am taking nattokinase and serrapeptase together every day to help break down any lingering garbage hanging around. I pray that you overcome the EBV activation and post J & J shock.

@@Kelly_Grey Oh my goodness, Kelly. My heart goes out to you. I pray you continue healing fully. So thankful you can see. The protein does some very bizarre things - mine was bone pain, nosebleeds and fatigue. Innovative docs are just beginning to understand why, and conventional medicine is still clueless. I was working remotely too, and it made no sense to go through that mess.

Natto isn't eaten by very many Japanese anymore. There is a small area of old timers who eat it. It is said that they have no osteoporosis. There's a lot of CZcams vids about it called Natto. I believe Nattokinasse is one element taken out and put in a capsule to take as a supplement. I personally don't think I could eat actual Natto.😝

I just started making my own Natto in my Instant Pot Pro… Super easy to do and yes you could eat it if your life depended on it (or anything else)
It doesn’t taste bad at all… so far I’ve taken it pretty plain… haven’t seasoned it up with anything other than a dab of mustard.
Anywho after just a few days, I feel like it’s already a net positive in my journey to health/recovery…
I’ll also add that I’ve added L Reuteri Yogurt at the same time as well as a closer walk with Jesus!

All enzymes begin to die at about 117*F.
Aside: That’s why cooking veggies (eggs too) for too long and/or at high temperatures destroys the health benefits. Also, back in the day, at least according to my elders, meat was cooked at low temperatures for a long time because that process produced a healthier, more delicious, more tender finished product.

I am trying to figure out acute onset of vascular insufficiency. Along with varicose veins and spider veins that happened at the same time. I have always been very healthy and not happy problems associated with getting older as I’m in my mid-60s. Been on keto diet for over a year and gradually started adding good healthy carbs, so now it’s more of a 1/3 of each, fats proteins and carbs. I don’t eat a lot of processed foods. I’ve known about GMO‘s for couple of decades, so I avoid that and I try to always buy organic. Anyway I wish you would do a video on causes of and what could possibly help vascular insufficiency . I have been taking Nattokinase for about 5 years. I got COVID in January 2022. Only body aches, nausea and loss of appetite.I was absolutely terrified of getting worse and having to go to the hospital. I didn’t get the shots. I was taking vitamin C, Zinc, vitamin D3, and Quercetin a couple of times a week(I was supposed to take it every day but I was worried about mixing it with Nattokinase). I didn’t feel good for about 3 weeks. A month or so after my hair started to fall. It was scary. It lasted about 3 months. I read that is one of the side effects of COVID in some people. I would love to learn more about this subject. I just subscribed. Great information!
