  • Nattokinase is a thrombolytic, spike protein degradative, and anti-aging enzyme produced by Bacillus subtilis. Nattokinase is produced by fermenting soybeans with Bacillus subtilis. Let's review its actions.

I had a DVT in my left leg from my ankle to my waist. I was in the hospital for four days after enzyme treatment. The leg was in great pain. I started on 16,000 F/U a day and within two days the pain virtually disappeared and the leg was almost back to normal in a week. My dr. And myself are almost positive it was caused by Covid 5.

When you say enzyme treatment are you speaking of nattokinase or something else? I have had a huge blood clot also in my left leg but it was over 10yrs ago. They gave me lovenox shots daily and admitted me for a week at the hospital. After that I took low dose aspirin to help prevent reoccurring clots or heart attacks. However I stopped low dose aspirin couple weeks ago and now am taking 2000fu of nattokinase twice a day on an empty stomach. However I can't say one way or the other if it's done anything. I suppose I will just keep taking it for now unless I develop a clot or have a heart attack. I'm age 50 my father already had his first heart attack by age 40. I'm just trying to be as healthy as I can be for as long as possible.

How very interesting, thank you Dr Been for this detailed and comprehensive presentation.
I've started taking nattokinase and also started making natto in my kitchen.
It'll make a delicious dinner tomorrow with chicken and spicy kimchi.
The clotting pathways in your drawings are my old friends. When I started in coronary care, we still gave streptokinase to a few patients. This treatment changed to urokinase, which was better tolerated, and then I remember infusing TPA to patients who had had angioplasty and were recovering.
Not all patients were given stents when I started.
The action of NK on our biology is wonderful, especially as it isn't denatured by our gastric acid or gut bacterial. It has no apparent downsides.
Looking at our clotting pathways in your drawings, I'm again awestruck at how humans are masterpieces of God's creative genius 🥰🇦🇺

From different sources I read people have had more success at 8,000IU. I have started at that amount 1 week ago. I've had chronic brain fog for 3 years which I believe was brought on by Covid as I tested for antibodies and was positive. I am also take 120,000IU serrapeptase. Dr Been, you say that natto has been used for thousands of years but one difference is that therapeutic forms of NK are in delayed release pills surviving the stomach acid. This is surely a new phenomenon and we need to be cautious in inferring complete safety from it's history as a food. I am using NK in patients and am glad to have such a novel and useful agent however. Thank you again. Your graphics and explanations give me confidence in using old/new agents like methylene blue, LDN, NK etc.

Dr. I experimented with NK recently. I am 4 months post covid. I took it for a week and happened to have lab work at that time. I tested elevated for ESR (26) and CRP (18), so not a huge elevation. But is it possible the elevation was due to the NK working and causing an increase of fibrin byproducts/inflammatory cells from the microclots released into the blood. I know fibrinogen can give falsely elevated ESR. I stopped the NK for now until I get labs again in few weeks to see if tests are normal. I am a pharmacist and I found this very interesting.

I tried it for about 2 months last year and I saw no difference on my long covid. I may revisit it again. BTW, why isn't this on Dr Been main channel? It would have much much views and visibility and not be associated with flccc.

I have tried almost everything, thiamine is good but what helped me depending on your symptoms is Life Extension Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer with PQQ, it has Benfotiamine and thiamine with R-ALA but my doctor said higher dose of R-ALA up to 600-1000mg was better so I increased my dosage, I have also done low dose nicotine patches for brain fog which has helped some…but I went from laying on couch all day exhausted to almost back to normal with exception of my slight tinnitus and one area of inflammation which is why I am her watching video, maybe dosage for NK needed to be higher I have read where people took higher doses Good luck!!

Oh I forgot lol not sure what time of day you took NK can make difference: When you take the enzymes with food, they help digest food, When you take on a EMPTY STOMACH, 2 HOURS BETWEEN MEALS, they quickly enter the bloodstream and clean BLOOD, TISSUES and ORGANS. They clean out proteins that don't belong in your BLOOD, TISSUE and ORGANS.

It's bad, but not as bad as chitterlings,
      (hog intestines)
      and NATTO is HEALTHY.
