- It's time to plant my bareroot strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry plants -- but I only have 48 hours to do it! Can I get my fruit plants in the garden ans start on my future fruit harvest before it's too late?
This year, I have some big dreams for my backyard. I am hoping to add some raised beds for my new fruit and veggie garden, start composting and planting more native plants in my landscaped areas to transform my backyard into a haven for local wildlife and place of bounty and beautify for me to enjoy with my family and friends.

Thanks for sharing this video with us. You are going to have a wonderful food forest. And some nice onions. Happy gardening 😊
Haha thanks! I didn’t show the onions being planted but my little one pretty much tossed the bag into one of the raised beds while I was planting the strawberries 🤪 surprisingly many of them are sprouting. So there will be onions too!
Rain water is the best. Good luck! Can't wait to see your progress😊
Yes! Thank you!
I can't wait to get perennials in the ground, currently growing them in my living room until I find property 😂. Your way is better, SUPER excited for you. New subscriber ❤
Awesome!! That’s a great way to started I actually started some seeds for perennial flowers last year before I even had a house they overwintered in my garage and are starting to sprout now. It’s awesome!!
@@reynaandtheworld love it! I have strawberry, Thimbleberries, huckleberries, peppers in my living room "garden", some are fruiting 😂 Oh and I grew 1 indeterminate tomato in the house just to see if I could. I really need to find property and get back outside 👀
The raspberries grow like weeds if it’s planted in the ground it sends runners out and they can take over a large section.
Thanks for the tip! I love raspberries o I’m looking forward to someday having a raspberry hedge and if I need to thin and rehome extra plants in the future I will
It is my first time on your channel and I have just subscribed. Thank you so much for sharing. Keep up the good work. All the best on your food forest journey.
