Thanks for all your work providing others this info! I also wanted to let you know: I'm able to find a variety of those same 1 mil poly gusset bags at a local paper/food service supply company. The kind of place that has a website with products on it, but not nearly all the products they carry. The brand of the bags is LK Packaging...seem to be very good quality. Prices are a bit lower than on Uline even before shipping, somehow.

Hey Keith, how many Ounces of Lettuce or Kale do you fit in your large bags? I like all the other bags you have but the large ones seems a bit awkward and long. Thought?

We use 2 sizes listed on the cheat sheet near the beginning and at the end of the video.
What model is your scale? Where do you get it certified at?
Cheapest one on Webrestuarantstore. Any local scale company will certified you scale.
I don't see those net produce bags on Uline. What are they under?
I usually get them off amazon. But I have seen them on Uline in the past

Ever heard of Nashville Bag Company? No, but just searched this and found Nashville Wraps bag company. They carry a plastic gusseted handle bag that I was seaching for last night! Paper bags melt in our walkin and this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank You!
