23:21 I haven't done much research but in the last 14 seasons of the Serie A, 79 points wouldn't be enough to scrape the title, the lowest is actually 82 points in 2010/11. Amazingly, Juventus in the 2013/14 season won the league with 102 points.

Great rebuild, mate. Don't know if you've done them already, but Hamburg would be a good team to see rebuilt. They can't seem to get out of bundesliga 2. You could rebuild them with players who couldn't make it in the bundesliga or something? Just an idea 😁
