I’m happy you gave us a close up of your hobnail vases. They are beautiful n each one is so different. I really like the ones with handles. I never new their true name of them. Chris truly did a super job on the painting room. He thought of everything. Your so blessed to have him. The best part is you both love doing the same thing. I sure hope that day will come that he can give up his job n the two of you can work together 24/7. Wouldn’t that be grand? Hope your toe starts feeling better. I’m sure it’s got to give you some discomfort. Try to elevate as much as you can. Will help with the swelling n throbbing. By the time you read it’s probably getting better. Love this channel. Yvonne… your foot ! How are you driving and putting pressure on it ! You are right, they don’t do anything for a broken toe. 🥴 I broke one of mine back when I was a teenager and I’m 67 now and somedays the darn thing hurts !!! Most likely arthritis!!

Love your haul videos. In my area of Ohio yard and garage sales are harder to find plus I have to use a walker and that hinders where I can go. Anyway my daughter remembered seeing a yard sale side early Sunday so I got to go 1 hour before they closed. Last day last hour. Stuff real cheap. A lot of junk glass wear. Started looking at the bottoms got all excited. I really found a piece of Ironstone. So excited. It wasn’t all white like you find but I asked how much??? He wanted 25 cents for it. So I got a piece of sterling colonial English Ironstone. J&G Meakin England. It’s white but has a sage green background strip with white leaves and stems. Almost forgot. Sugar bowl with lid no creamer. Sorry this is so long but had to tell you. It didn’t excite my kids. Is this a good piece Don’t care I love it. Love all your videos. Please don’t ever stop. Your excitement is contagious. Love you your excitement. Sorry so long
Oh.. I can feel your excitement.. once you read the maker.. I bet you were looking at all the bottoms.. YES! Ironstone has patterns.. I just drawn to the all white. But I do pick a few patterns up that I know my buyers collect. Its safer for me to just pick the white.. than if no one buys it.. I just put it in my collection.. lol. Love it. I hope you find more🤗🥰

chris is a genius...the box fan and the filter....i wondered about any paint particles getting in the fan motor, and he thinks of a super simple but effective solution, genius....
.. and it’s a cheap fan.. that can be replaced when it’s done it’s job

I have been doing on-line auctions, but the last few I have been on, I forget the last day to watch the bids and lose 1/2 my items. I get so mad at myself. I still have found some really good buys and good items. Still I wanted all of the items, that I had bid on. Glad to know I am not the only clumsy one around. lol Hope your toe heals quickly.

Omg please forgive me, I know that must have hurt and I'm so sorry, but I am laughing sooo hard ! My husband is snoring in bed next to me and I am trying not to wake him, but I am shaking the bed so hard with laughter 😅 the way you are telling your story just cracks me up! You should go see a Dr and have an xray. You are correct, usually the Dr won't do much more than tape it to the toe next to it for stability - however, if a broken bone isn't placed properly it will not heal well and you will have issues down the road. Please consider having it looked at.
A few weeks ago I was walking into the antique mall with my arms full and the door hit me! I wound 😂up on my behind but I didn’t drop the merchandise! 😂

Yvonne, FYI...my friend broke her big toe and went to the doctors. He used medical tape to tape her big toe to the one next to it. This helped to stabilize it while it healed.

So exciting to see your spray room be complete just when you need it. The binder clips to hang the plastic for the walls is a brilliant idea! Your ironstone is pretty. That gravy boat has beautiful detail. Your poor toe and foot. I hope that heals up soon. The footed swung vase is nice. I just wonder how they make those. I have a picture in my mind of a cartoon character holding glass and spinning around so that the glass stretches and then makes those little fingers.

I know to well about broken toes. Have had them many times. They do eventually heal. Hasn’t kept me out of flip flops though. Lol. Love all your finds. Especially the ironstone. ❤❤

Wow, the paint room looks fantastic. Seriously Yvonne, if it does feel better soon, go to the doctor because the bones on top of your foot can break also with breaking your toe. I watch a lady on the northern east coast, she loves butter pats too. She bought a stack of 10 square ones with that gold design and trimmed in gold. She loves oval iron stone bowls and she says she uses hers every day. You did a wonderful haul even though you’re a bit worse for wear😢. 😊😅❤

Oh boy, the great toe is not a fun toe to break. My husband dropped a 70 pound retaining wall block on his toe during a home project. He was supposed to wear a carbon fiber insert in his work boots to not mess up his balance. Yeah, that didn't last even a whole shift before he took it out and said I'll just deal with it! I'm so sorry that you broke your toe, they are so painful!! Praying that you heal quickly.
Oh my heavens- I absolutely love that cow tag. I have EVER seen one anywhere around here. I didn’t even know they existed and would love to have one to go with all my animals I have in my house. I even have a cows head hanging on my wall with a wreath around it. I love that piece so much!

Have you thought of using a cheap thin linoleum on the floor vs a tarp for trip hazard and you plus still roll things in and out. Ya work so well together. I hope you get to where he can work with you full time. Oh the adventures you two will have. Hit the road in search of treasure.
We did a tarp for years in the other paint room no problems. Linoleum even cheap would have been more work.. but I get what you’re saying. Thank you

You have to learn if you add one more iron stone piece into your collection, that you must remove one piece out of your collection and sell that. You have to think that you have enjoyed all of your iron stone wear while you had each piece, but it’s time to change some pieces out. Think about it! It really does work.

That’s the most painful thing to break because there’s not a gosh darn thing you can do about it 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Soaking in epsom salt water and it will cut bruising and heal time down some ❤ You may be wearing flip flops a little later into the fall season than usual! And that must’ve been one heavy cow tag for all that chain😂
Tape your toe to the one next to it. Helps to keep it immobilized so will heal faster. Don’t do too tight and cut off circulation.

Try soaking your foot in Epson salts and warm water. This worked for me. Good Luck!

Is your ventilation system hard wired or plug in? If it plugs in, look into a remote control rf relay switch. The remote controls the outlet so the system power switch is always on, but it's only powered up when the remote turns on the outlet it's plugged into. It would cost closer to 25 dollars that way.

You poor thing. A broken toe is not fun. I fell out of bed and broke my toe a few months ago and had to wear a boot for 6 weeks. Not fun at all. Hope you heal quickly.

you should hold on each side of the toe and pull straight out then tape it to your middle toe to act as a splint and wear a tennis shoe for 4 weeks....that's what I was told by my doctor when I broke my toe....
