I agree 1000% if you’ve never had a loved one that has that illness you will never understand. It’s such a painful experience I’m not a huge Kardashian fan but I feel for Kim wholeheartedly because it takes a VERY strong person to stand by someone who’s going through that

I loved how well Kim expressed herself in those insta stories you read out. I've always liked Kim but I wasn't really a fan of Kanye nor did I know much about him. Mental health issues are such a serious topic. I'm so glad you said you also have experience with that, it makes me and other people feel like we're in this together.

The entire story is so sad. I loved what you said about your experience. My father, who actually just passed away a few weeks ago, struggled with bipolar disorder and alcoholism his entire life. I’m 26 and decided to go into social work because of my experiences with it all. Turning the bad stuff into good- his episodes were so terrifying. When someone doesn’t want help, your family is so helpless and walks around terrified. Anxious. Heartbreak. Unless you’ve gone through it you literally just don’t understand. Thanks Julia for sharing your story! And for covering this with empathy and compassion. Love your channel girl, it’s been helping me relax during this super rough time of grief.🤍🙏🏻

Great video as always. Mental health issues are real and difficult to deal with whether you are the one going through it or your loved one is. My dad had Schizophrenia and was on and off his meds, it was rough. Very lucky that we live in New Zealand with free health care, I cannot imagine having to deal with financial struggles during an already stressful and upsetting time. For the next video option B sounds interesting or a Sephora haul. X

lol, i was literally going to twitter to see what happened, then i saw this video! love it. i agree so much julia! kim did a great job succinctly explaining how difficult it is to help someone who doesn't want to help themselves when they are over 18, the systems currently in place are nowhere near enough.
I really appreciate you sharing your experience with the mental health system and I completely agree that it is broken. I'm about to start graduate school for counseling so it's something that is very important to me as well!!

So, I’d been sort of sideways following this because, like you, I have concerns about another four years of Trump, which btw, I LOVE that you addressed! I hope people didn’t forward through because I thought you said an important and possibly controversial thing with self-assurance and reason, you didn’t blame nor did you apologize; honestly this is way harder to do than it appears! And, before you even said you needed feedback, I was already going to say that I thought your storytelling skills were on it with this one. Being someone who doesn’t follow the Kardashians or know much about Kanye, I found your approach of respectful observation of the realities of living with mental health so so soooo kind and actuality useful as a teachable moment. Really, we are all human beings and while some people find entertainment in watching celebrities publicly unravel, it is a devastating experience for that person and those who love them. I’m sorry you had to be involved in such an intense event but it gave you a special ability to speak to this situation. I think you’d be amazing at working as an advocate for mental health! With your eye for marketing you’d be a strong voices making the world a better place! Thanks for this video. So much more than tea 💗
