Love Onyx--I order beans from them often. Their website is excellent--they give detailed descriptions of all their beans and origins and give brewing parameters for each bean. If you make espresso at home and are nerdy about it (as I am), it is fun dialing in and working to get your extraction/pull to be the exact same as theirs.
