here is a very special and traditional Easter recipe for you.. Pesaha Appam. which we prepare on Maundy Thursday in Kerala.. JUst try and enjoy the taste..!!
Ingredients for Appam
Raw Rice - 1 Cup
Black Gram - 1/2 Cup
Water to grind - 1/2 Cup
Coconut - 1 Cup Grated
Shallots - 10 Nos
Garlic - 1 Clove
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Water to grind - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/2tsp
Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 200gm
Medium Thick Coconut Milk - 1 1/2 Cup
Thick Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Ginger Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
