This is why I subscribed a while ago when I seen the black GT3. Most financial channels preach to never finance cars because they’re depreciating assets etc etc but what about for us folks that actually like cars? You show that it’s a way to be smart and purchase/ enjoy these toys at the same time 💪🏾

Yes! I can’t stand those channels. I just want to scream at them: “No sh@&t it’s not a good financial move!” God forbid we want to enjoy our cars instead of driving a 15 year old Honda like they all preach.
I think you’re doing it the right way. I finance my cars as well, though I’m still in the $35k car bracket lol

Was literally at my local LR dealership yesterday getting mine serviced and inside they had a British Racing green carbon edition SVR. I wouldn’t have thought green could go hard but it was CRAZY! Love yours and congrats!

I have a 2015 SVR. Love it just as much as the day I bought it brand-new. Best car I've ever owned, and I've had lots. Have looked at the newer models, but love having a paid off car for now. I still get all the same looks as if it's a brand-new one. It is a solid car/truck whatever you want to call it. Enjoy!
I had range rovers arent reliable as per engine is that true
5.0L are great not true ....now Electronics..English aren't the best and it costs as much as an engine...electric cars are here these are getting obsolete buy a Ford Mach e

5th Range Rover....I've always traded them in by 50k miles, and NEVER had any engine or electronics problems ever. My SVR is approaching 80k, and same with it. I don't ever lease. Just bought a Velar SV 0% financing back at the end of 2020. That's how you do it.

This vehicle is so BEAUTIFUL. It has the sporty luxury look and feel that I have been searching for. I liked the Velars, but they were just so plain; I like things that not many others have; so the SVR with Carbon pkg is on my list of potential next vehicles. Thanks for sharing Richard. RANGE ROVER is my FAVORITE CAR,
And that brand new one is VERY GREAT. I think FINANCING (at 50%) it's a GOOD CHOICE, because it helps you BOUST your CREDIT and you have time to MANAGE all YOUR BILLS.

NIce vehicle! Wanted to see more of the Sun roof in action. Will wait for the next video. BTW, I'm looking at the much maligned Tesla CyberTruck but I have always wanted a Range Rover ever since I rode in one in a 3rd world country many years back.
I suggest you check out the Morgan Stanley LAL as a way to preserve your stock/assets.

Richard, I had no idea you were a Range Rover guy! I’ve been looking at the Range Rovers for a few months and plan to get one next year. I agree with you that buying new (or nearly new) is the way to go. Financing in a low interest rate environment makes perfect sense.

No depreciation but can rent the car to the business @ daily rate as long as I use the car in the YT video. Many ways to expense the cars !

The truck is dope. Personally I would pay cash. I am not in your car bracket but I just bought a Acura MDX. But like you said if it works for you that’s all that matters
Yes the Range rover is beautiful but Your MDX will be alot more reliable.
@Spider-Man I have a 2018 MDX base with Fwd. about 20k miles. Only had one issue. The oil sensor needed to be replaced. The dealership took care of it under warranty. What should o look out for ?

I'm a little behind on your videos But I love your RR SVR.. I can tell you definitely did your research and knew exactly what you wanted. You had me excited looking at SPECs. I have always financed my vehicle and put a down payment down. But I like the way you worked your numbers and down payment to make it right for you. Congrats on your purchase. Yup! they are beautiful, but only run trouble free for about 4 years tops, just like BMWs. Best to lease them for 2-3 years then let it go.
Beautiful ride! Well done Richard! For me, I couldn't finance a depreciating asset, but that's just me. Plus I would be uncomfortable with the risk of an unpaid debt in my name. Again, that's just me. Enjoy that car. It is a sweet vehicle to be sure!
Uncomfortable to take a risk, means you are fearful. He has the given the why? If his money can be used to make more money and use the profit to make the payments, why should he pay cash.
Great advice sir. That's the same financial direction I take when buying vehicles.

Very nice Range Rover, that edition sweet. The guys at Range Rover Ft Myers seemed to be good guys when I stopped in there, so cool you mentioned them.
I say always buy a newer car on credit. Especially when 1.9%, 2.9% even 3.9%. Inflation is double digits, so why pay cash for depreciating asset? The interest on loan over 5yrs is minimal. Use your cash to earn more than the interest year over year. Other peoples money
Great points my brotha! I looked at SVR and decided on 2022 Dynamic instead of SVR. Dealers were marking up SVR on average for about 15/20k. My Dynamic looks just like yours inside and out without the carbon fiber which looks SICK on your SVR! I also like the finance advice but I HIGHLY recommend Credit Union over traditional bank. Credit Union borrows from members which provide lower rates vs Banks that borrow from Fed which makes their rate higher! Great video and advice!

Yes never pour large amounts of your capital into depreciating possessions instead leverage the banks money and invest your money

To me it never made any sense to pay cash .... why give it to the banks right away when you can take that money and flip it 4-5 times ..... thenn give the bank their part after you done flipped it a couple times 😎🥶
