In case anyone was wondering:
The way she sings the "rrrrr", the sound is called a "trill", and the technique "trilling". The sounds afterward, and others like them (i.e la da dee da bada ba badum bum - etc) are a vocal style called "scat", or "scatting" (scat is also the technical term for animal crap, which is an unfortunate coincidence 😅😬). A lot of people sing this way as a habit/tic, come up with random little jingles,..now you know what it's called, in case you were wondering. You can find the latter used a lot in acapella, swing (or its modern EDM revival, electro-swing); a vocalist that's one of the most talented and known for the style is Scatman John, and "I'm the Scatman" is basically a legendary-tier meme at this point.
As for trilling, it's just doing a sound, so I don't know specific examples. I have heard it a lot in Latin music vocals (salsa for one) and also swing/electro-swing. It's not easy to get right - it's practiced in voice training for actors/VAs and singing coaching for singers/vocalists. And is obviously sounds very pleasing in this song because it's a uncommon example, adds a lot to the song, makes it catchy/stand out, and of course, Stella Cole sounds fantastic and nails it.
