One question....what about the header and the footer? It seems impossible to edit them using elementor and the changes on wordpress don't show up on the website!

This is the first I've watched any of your tutorials, Mr Wes. Very nice! Your enthusiasm is contagious. If I had your enthusiasm, I'd try making videos too! LOL. I'll def take a look at more of your stuff. Some of the tutorials I've viewed have a lot of quality info, but excruciating to watch: I was like 30 mins into one, and he was literally talking about PHP assignment operators. I was like, Really? Who is your audience? SMH. But, nice job man. I think when it comes to these types of educational resources, so much of it is keeping the viewer engaged enough to complete it. I saw "Elementor", and scowled. But, when you got into it w/ the starter templates... :chuckle: it really is that easy! I tried to get into Elementor about 6 months ago, and the tut' was so blah, i was like... i don't need this! But, it's pretty darn cool, man. Thank you!

I have just following your video to create a website step by step (really helpful might I add). After I have imported and activated the website theme it shows the website created. Unfortunately for me there is no menu option to show "Edit with Elementor", please could I have some advice on how to fix this.

Hey Norm! Yea, just go through the step when buying hosting that says you already have a domain. I think you can get stated building on a staging site while the transfer takes place. Cheers!
Why is that my logo is not changed ? I tried like you told but i still see template page when i open my site in browser. But if i click on Home then i get the page i designed according to your tutorial but logo is still not there

I have a question: About 1:18:30 into the video you touch-up on custom positioning for background images for mobile... my problem is that when I attempt to do that for mobile or tablet, the X/Y positioning fields don't appear and therefore I cannot position the images where I want them, it only works for desktop. Is this an Elementor Pro Feature? I am using Astra Pro Theme. Thanks in advance.
When i open the "outdoors adventure" template it doesn't show me All the page templates like yours. It only shows me the home page. how do i get mines to show like yours? I also didn't have the option to sell "free" from the pulldown menu. Mines only let me select "premium or all" ????????
Hey Ryder! It DOES work, but I recommend doing a side install of wordpress to just start over with the new pages, then get in touch with your host for instructions to switch the new for the old.

Hey Jonatan, that's gonna depend on the kind of hosting plan you have with GoDaddy. Does it allow for multiple websites to be stored on it? If not, and you need to make a new site, I would suggest moving away from GoDaddy to be honest. They're not the most reliable. I do like Bluehost much better for about the same (or less) money. If you go to wesmcdowell.com/hosting you'll get my affiliate pricing of $2.95/month. But if you're happy with GoDaddy, they're not terrible - there's just better options out there.
