Loving this series. ❤ La Corte Dei Tarocchi is my inner child deck. The figures are child-like and faux-olde-worldy style is exactly the sort of thing I was drawn to as a child who liked books with maps inside the cover. I love everything about it.
I have the La Corte and I “use” it in the same way you do. I don’t, but it does have a purpose. I like getting it out once in a while and rubbing the cards together and just looking at it. It relaxes me and makes me happy. If I do that once a year fine. It has served its purpose. When I stop enjoying that time to go. No different than a coffee table book or random plush or figurine I have. I don’t make them work for their place in my like either.
I know that you’re generally not a black and white deck lady but Tarot of the Abyss is my pairing for Earth Moon and Shadow. I also pair it with Crow Tarot 🥂
Love these series of vids! Thankyou so much for introducing me to the ‘ blooming lovelies ‘. I had not seen or heard of it before and ordered the deck after another of your ‘sortings’ and I absolutely love it....
I love my Solitary Witch Oracle, it’s one of my favourite decks, I found it works well with the Tarot of the Witches Garden. Once Upon Another Time is my favourite card in the deck, I love it. To me it feels like a cozy hug of a deck, and it’s one that I feel speaks to my introverted nature. I love the way the guidebook is written as well.

La Corte dei Tarocchi is one of my absolute favorite decks - irreplaceable for me actually with anything else. I use the cards in tandem with another tarot deck to explore connections between cards in spreads. So if the spread included two cards such as what is the energy of today AND what is the energy of tomorrow, Corte would go in the middle of those two cards to explore the link between those two energies.
Lisa, do you have Darkness of Light? I think Earth Moon & Shadow may go with that beautifully. Just a hunch, also EM&S could work with Light Seer's Tarot to bring some darker themes in? Similar "flowy" art style and colors, they may balance each other out well.
Ooooh! I don’t have Darkness of Light right now… but I DO have Light Seer’s and I love the idea of pairing those two! Now, here’s hoping I remember this awesome tip 😂
@@Lisa_Papez hahaha the struggle is real, my memory these days is like 1 in 170 chance of remembering anything for longer than 7 minutes. Hope you remember to try it, maybe on a video where you’re looking for pairs for certain decks that you love and would use more often if they had a pair? I’d love to see them together, I have light seers and darkness of light, but missed the window for earth moon & shadow (took a break cause of tarot burnout). Waiting for next years reprint but in the meantime I’m looking for potential pairs I could use with it!

I’m really intrigued by the Iris deck, but it’s too bad it’s so hard to get in Canada. Were you able to get it in an actual shop in the lower mainland, or did you have to do something more complicated? If you found it in a shop, I’d be very interested to hear where so I can do the same!
For the Earth, Moon, and Shadow Oracle, I personally immediately got the vibe that it would pair well with Hush Tarot. I'm pretty sure you had mentioned in the past that you weren't vibing with Hush, but I'm not sure. It would be interesting to see them side by side.

Earthbound oracle is not out of print! The artist says if it’s out of print, it’s only temporary, and they always try to have some decks in stock.
