I went to a yard sale yesterday and filled a box (18"×16"×14") for about 60 bucks. 1 item alone which is a vintage brand new cb radio will pay for the whole lot and I still have lots more including a like new iPhone 7 32gb that I paid 10 dollars for with box and ear buds. Threw the cb radio on ebay last night for 199 and someone is already watching it. Gotta love those amazing deals at yard sales!

When my niece had her baby shower, instead of cards she had everyone buy a book and sign it. I thought it was a great way to start the babies books.

Hi there from Colorado. I used to collect those Boris Vallejo & Olivia collector cards. And I still have them to this day. Others to look for are Ken Kelly and just "artwork"cards in general. If you can find them in complete sets you could get somewhere in the $10 to $20 range depending on the condition. Some sets even have "sub sets".

My favorite thing I learned from watching you is I saw that the first thing you touch at a sale is the unopened package. That opened my eyes to a lot more buys. I'll keep watching.

Boris Vallejo is the MOST amazing fantasy artist in the world. Olivia De Berardinis is a great modern era pinup artist. I have gotten to meet Boris a few times and his wife JULIE BELL learned to paint from him and for a time her work was ALMOST identical to his but she has now become an unbelievable wildlife artist.

Funny you say thay.being house poor.in America is pretty common. People get approved to buy houses they can't actually afford so all of their money goes towards their mortgage payment and they can't afford.much of anything beyond the basics.
I own a home… and I Havnt bought clothes in years. Money goes towards investment and another home so I can rent out my first home.
But at least I own a home. Some people don’t. 😉

I spotted a puppy mill in your video. I believe it was the 3rd yard sale. I saw it as y’all were walking to it. There was a little dog , possibly a Maltese, in a cage. It is where you bought the cars and cowboy statue. Please, I beg y’all, contact a rescue shelter for puppy mill dogs so they can go get them. It’s inhuman how those dogs are treated. Nascar cars are hot right now, I recently bought out a collection that was huge, it included every car that has raced on a Nascar track, the collection went back to 1968 to 2018. Instead of selling each car individually I made a few phone calls and ended up selling the collection to the Nascar Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina for a nice $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ profit. If you guys come across anything relating to Hailie Deegan, buy it and sit on, I bought a few of her diecast models sat on them for 2 years and resold them for 60% more then the original cost.

Hi from England been watching your channel non stop for a few months now and luvs ya both, Ryan a little while ago you mentioned the Kickstarter project. Well my son sonny and his partner dean have made a game for team 17 called sheltered it did really well. So their now just working on sheltered 2 which should be released by the end of August this year. So I'm a very proud mum, at least all those years spent in his room on his computer had to pay of at some point lolxxx but you peeps are lovley and are truly blessed to have a little one on the way!
