To all those criticizing them for taking advantage of the seller: Check out @11:00. The seller is fully aware that they're going to make a huge profit, and he seems to be fine with that. Getting rid of the stuff without too much hassle seems to be a priority for him. On top of that, it's not rocket science to check the prices of the items you're about to sell. Even older adults are computer literate, and the seller definitely did some research.

I see this has been out for a while, but i think it’s crazy that people think you took advantage of this guy or that you should have just given him what he wanted. Whenever I go to a garage sale, I always try to haggle a little bit. If I want the items I’ll buy it whether or not they drop their price. Same when I have a garage sale. I price things to sell yet people try and negotiate down. I don’t have to take their offer. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t, either way when I sell something I am happy that it is gone, regardless what the “book value” is. Book value, unless it is up to the minute real time, is useless.
