What a real gentleman. Impeccable manners. If only everyone had that level of respect for the fellow human.
Impeccable manners but a sure ripoff.
I owned a 72 Eldorado exactly like that. It was fast and easy to work on. Guy was crazy to sell that for 3.6K.
7k for that car in that condition to me sounded like a steal.
Its to common in USA
Offer to buy it for £7k and sell it for £10k - easy money.
Ikr here in sweden it would probably be like 20-000 dollars or maybe even more
Considering the shape it's in, I thought it would sell for more
It would and should. You'd be better off going to a dealership than to a pawn shop on cars.
Private party it would sell for more
If I was is states I would've paid 7 grand . No problem.
"I know it's gonna go to a good home" - said the guy who sold it to a pawn shop!....
This is the reason you don’t go to pawn shops
3600 for that? Someone send me a link where I can buy a complete painted one for that price
3600 isnt retail...theyre a pawn shop. Why does noone understand how resale works.
@@tn1149 Quite dumb to sell a car like that at a pawn shop, but yaah you are right
I am 22 and I would love this beautiful car.
3.6k for that car?? its worth way more in my country lol!
TheNuno2009 well this is in America, everyone is a rip off when it comes to supply and demand.
Yepp...that will be 20.000$ car in my country
where?
@@YellowMisanthropist indonesia mate. The price of old american car is crazy here...
@@adiabriganjarutama6144 theres no old cadillac in indonesia
theres are chevy impala in bandung but the price is 1 million rupiah.
and some Holden from australia and fiat
This seems super cheap, in my area you can't even get a decent used car for 3500 let alone an old luxury car like this
It's fake, back then and even now that wouldn't go that cheap
Worth way more than that!!!
That's crazy cheap price for such a beautiful car.
My dad had a '96 eldorado convertible when I was growing up loved that car man I'm getting one this year
That was crap. We all know they can sell that for more than 4.5K it's still in great condition. They stole that car from the guy.
What do you expect them to do? Pay him what it's worth and make nothing
bwahahaha - Richard. bwaahahaha - someone who thinks they know more than Ric Harrison. Have you ever been to a pawn shop? Do you ever sell cars?
@@whateverhappenshappens5023 or it was scripted
@@Jv615 yes I know thank you ever so much
he is agreeing to take what is offered so...
I would have paid the seller $7,200 for that classic Cadillac dream machine!
I love to have one over anything new
Iove old Cadillac
Cory is now going to pay that man's taxi ride back home (full price) 🏡🚕 🤣👍
ha ha that's like what i always say about Cadillac's It's like being on your couch in a living room..... Great suspension!
always with the.."ya know what man, im not gonna lose it over.."
Seller: Im looking to get $----
Rick: huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Amazing car, well done on recent buys
This show will never be the same again.
Paige well hello!
😮
Paige liar lol
why are you pretending to be a famous person?
It sold in an auction u can look it up sold for 30k he had a lil restoration done to it as well tho.
That's a lie.
*CLASSIC CAR🚗*
Back in the late 1990s I dated a girl who’s grandfather had one in the same color, same year. Loved that thing.
He got Ganked 🤣
When Rick and Corey just robbed that man the old man must of been smiling up in heaven
Personally i love the 1973' Caddy✊ the rear man beautiful & the front headlights w 3 headlights beautiful man
I've seen one of these cars up close, and it made my 07 crown Victoria, itself a pretty big car, look small.
over here that Cadillac would sell for the equivalent of 15k easy .
Where's that?
Which model and make. And of them sell at same price?Lol.
I could've sold that on my own for $10k.
seller: i have a rare 1436 penny that sold for auction for £1m
Rick: 100 sound good?
that is worth a lot more than 3 grand.
Love eldorado
3.6k for a car that actually works fine and looks amazing... well that's about right I sold my house family and pets for less, that's a great deal in my opinion !
My grandpa has that exact car I'm seeing it right now
Nice Sled!
First time Rick is the buyer and Rick is the seller too!
We sold ours and the guy who bought it cut the top off and made a convertible. Plus painted it red, it was originally creamy yellow.
Corey's handshakes are so theatric😅😅
Oh it's much more than that 😢
Rick has the highest fans
"I can maybe get 4 grand $4,500 out of it. I'll give you$ 3,100 for it." That's about right depending on mileage. Rick should be in partnership with one of those so called "classic car dealers" that have cropped up all over the place in the last couple of years and advertise in Hemmings, Ebay, etc. because THEY will list it for $15,000 knowing some sucker will come along and actually pay that price!
what a deal, a 72 in that shape would fetch $7-10k here in Indiana
You can see the camera in the car lol
Like a virgin is a song about someone who doesn't tip
Reservoir Dogs
any car will drive like a "dream" on nice roads like that in cali
Beautiful automobile beautiful way to see the size of the trunk in that thing bumpers been touched a little bit in the front the only thing about those 72s is the minute you touch that bumper no suspension you f it up buy it right
Plot twist that guy lived in new york corey got him the cab lol
This car would go for $80k now.
Worth way more it’s in really good condition
In the Netherlands, where I live that car is worth 20k in that condition
Anyone else notice the theme tune from BBC's "Pointless" at 0:55?!
This car is a sweet ride, if I own one, I'd be driving around town all day long
Not with today's gas prices :-)
For a 1972 that car would at least be 10 Grand
He should have kept it.Worth way more than 36 in my opinion.
Rip old man
I know. I so my car I had personally owned 20 years for only $225 and within four months I did see it rolling down the road. it was a real cheap part to fix the car. just happy the kid that bought it and his mom had to bring him over . Less than a hundred bucks later it still going. I still smile when I see it rolling with my original vanity plate on the front of a local football team! it's cool some of the youth still work on older cars so I don't mind selling the car cheap. that car was a beautiful one though
Rest In Peace the old man
So if we get hit with an emp or solar flare if you own this car you will be one of a handle full left still driving lmao
owner should have said $25,000 to pull $7000 out of Rick
Rick would have probably walked away from such a ridiculous price. He probably would have given him the original 3100 orginal offer anyways as a starting point.
$25,000 is a good way to get Rick's mechanic experts in to lower the price painfully...
just 3.600 only wow
Same down in Australia
In Russia, one customs clearance for this car will cost more than US $ 25,000. In general, the car will cost at least $ 40,000.
He let that go way to cheap
who got confused which one is Rick and which is Seller? LoL
The Cadillac and Mr. Brown got along famously.
What!?,that 72 Eldorado is worth more than even the owners asking price,I've seen them priced at more than 15 thousand,he gave that car away 🤢
Truly a unique and amazing car in my opinion.
That car was worth way more. They stole that car in my opinion.
Impossible $3,600 Very $12,000
no way man, 12 thousand cash here in america you can get something really nice.
There are numerous classic cars that cost $100,000 and might not be as nice as a modern $100,000 car.
Ow! My *_EYES!_*
In Germany these cars costs over 10k
My father (rip) was called Cadillac, Because he was as strong as a bear 💪
RIP
Did he break down alot ?
@@jameswaddell1134 Yep 💪
@@RudolfdeLang I love how you still put the strong arm
It's worth about 10 - 11. A beater would fetch 2.5.
And the rich get richer
They did the game stop on him
His cab ride home was low key the casino..
Wow I would had bought it for that price. Clean carfax, 1-2 owners, and low mileage, no doubt about it
I would have pay that money in a heartbeat
I would give 8000 easily.
And even that is a steal here in Sweden for that car.
I cant believe what I've just saw..
They go for around 20.000 and more.
he got robbed at the pawn shop but it's a PAWN SHOP. Don't expect more than 20 to 30% of market value.
are you kidding? that car costs at least 30.000USD in my country
if you had 30 grand cash in america you could buy a fully built 10 second show car easy
Yank Tank as a friend from England calls them.
If Corey is going to start sighing when the seller counters him with a price he is not thrilled about but is willing to accept, he might as well shave his head because for all intents and purposes he is now Rick.
I BET that will sell for like 30k lol...
70s Cadillacs aren't worth that much. $10k retail value usually. Older ones can be worth that much though.
You're crazy.
On what planet?
Wow I expected this to be like 20k haha
Grunkle Stan came to pawn his car
OMG - a Caddy waterbed
Rick will wind up selling the car for 20,000$ 😀 they are scammers...
You're a scammer. You have no idea how business works.
Sold for 30k at auction
Gerry McVeigh, its NOT worth $20,000. At most it might actually fetch $6500-$7500
It's business idoit
I figured he'd sell it for at least 10k.
Rick crashes it, comes back with an offer of an old shoe and bowl of soup.
Jack Sparrow Don't forget the " free haircut "after he eats the soup!😀
Brute Better I agree because the seller desperately needs a haircut 😁
"A bowel of soup" Sounds painful....
Shawn Moore nice catch lol
They'll probably get caught with their make-believe sales on this one. If you Google the make and model and the condition - the price comes out much higher than 3100. They should remove this video, it's working against them
That would go for 20000€ here in Finland!
Folks, Rick BOUGHT IT for $3600, he's SELLING IT for around $7k. It's NOT a $3000 car, plus he probably would've gotten less if he traded it to a dealer.
8.2 liters no less!! Wow...
As big as Rick and Corey are, they could have put Chum and the Old Man in the front seat too!
i would've paid $15 k for that Car... that was a steal.
man got scammed he could of got over $6000
That car is in good shape for only 5 grand. You can't get a running car these days for 5 grand.
Why do I see some of these same cars being sold for more than $20000
At least a 10k car just looking at it.
$3500?? OMG take it to me!
