best bread omlet that I'v tried it was really yummy. Lots of green chillies tasted perfectly with the sugar caramalization. Toasting bread with sugar sprinkling is the highlight!

How did you pick up this trick of toasting the bread in a bit of oil and sugar? And what does it do to enhance the taste? Just curious, I make bread omlet all the time but I should try this method sometime.
I used to love the bread Omlette that's served in my college cafe. It had hint of sweetness that I loved. During the process of recreation, I picked up this technique :) It just balances the flavors and works like a magic in this recipe. Do try it and experience :)
