Try mo yung clindamycin jasper yan kc naging hiyang sakin.. dati rin nag ka acne ako kahit until now kaya lng matagal ko nang nagamot din yung acne ko 6yrs ko xang tiniis halos puro self pity ako nun kulng na nga lng matege ako 😅 pero alam ko na isang malaking pagsubok lng sa buhay ko yun kaya nung may nag sabi sakin ng itry ko daw gumamit ng toner like RDL tapos lagyan ko daw ng clindamycine kc yung gamot na yung is antibacteria yung hinalo ko tpos 2 a day ako nag toner at after 3 weeks kusa na xa nawawala noon yung clindamycin nabibili sa mga botika like generics drug store.
I've been to that situation too, Jasper. Having acnes really lower down your self-confidence. Been to a lot of prescription thru doctors and friends but only Perla soap helped me to have a good skin back. Double ingat lang jud kol Jasper.

I agree super nakakababa ng self confidence. Before I moved here in the US naka-cover ko pa acne ko ng make-up. Like you I am also an accountant kaya kailangan good grooming. Then few months here in the US grabe naglabasan lahat pati sa back ko. I tried almost everything pero walang epek, sobrang baba na ng confidence ko halos ayaw ko na lumabas ng bahay. Then I decided to see a dermatologist and I was prescribed Accutane/Isotrerinoin. Yun nga may side effects siya kaya hindi basta basta mabibili without prescription kasi like for pregnant women pwede malaglag yung bata, tapos kapag nasobrahan baka masira ang liver mo ganun kaya monthly kailangan mo magpa-laboratory test to see if your body is not having negative reactions sa gamot before ka ulit iprescribe ng panibagong batch nung gamot kasi monthly siya binibigay atleast yun ang case dito sa US. But I am thankful I did it kasi super effective talaga siya. Now I am more confident na ulit. Laban lang. Also stick to the skin care products that works for you, wag na papalit palit.

Jasper i've been experiencing acne when i was in college, I was suffering for almost 2 years before it totally cured. Someone told me not to use any derma products to avoid irritations. What i did I'm using Lactacyd liquid soap, yung blue na kulay. Wag yung pink ha! hehehe kasi feminine wash yun. yung blue lang talaga. Tas every morning and night ginamit until na cure cya. Gravah struggle talaga pag may acne mahapdi, makati tas di makatulog sa kati.
