Looks like an old school arrangement for Electone Organs - there are some left hand counter-melodies which are hardly found these days. Fingering techniques and left hand styles remind me of the kind of arrangements written for the old electone textbooks (for vintage organs) from the 70s~90s! It sounds wonderful on the EL-900!! 😂 Looks like a fun piece to play on the electone too! Thanks for this ❤
Hi, I don't know when the arrangement was originally published, but the one I have was a re-publication in an anniversary book. It is a great arrangement, with, as you say, plenty of left hand interest, and certainly was fun to learn. Thanks for watching!
I recently acquired an EL-90 In excellent shape. There is so much I don't know about the rhythm and voice settings. I live Tennessee, USA. I downloaded the Owners manual, but I'm waiting on Registration Disc I ordered from UK. Maybe that will help with the voicing. Enjoyed the 2 clips of yours. Thank you!
I hope you get on well with the EL90. Despite their age, they remain excellent instruments. There is a lot of complexity though, so it takes a considerable time to get the best out of them. The original registration disk is certainly a good place to start. There are other registration disks available. If you have a computer with a 3.5" floppy drive, you will have access to a wider range - look at www.beesoftware.com/ for example.
