Break away cable should be looped around or fixed to the tow bar first, not last. Failure to do this on a B+E test is an automatics failure.

Why is the music so loud and his voice so muted?
And why not attach the break away cable to a fixed point on the car as is required in Europe?
And as Gary Davis wrote, pay some attention to the camera work.
Sorry to be so negative, but a storyboard and a decent microphone might help.

Camera work, should show close-up of hitch buttons green popping up and showed bottom of jockey wheel clamp lock grooves to align into (none seen at all) as new caravaners simply wouldn’t know or understand without that visual explanation supporting the words.

How come I turned down due to intro music, to find out matey boy was a mute. Thought the TV broke

Then at the end the music is back, abruptly, at 10x the volume of the voice audio
