Ham wasn’t the perfect coach but he also was not the blame either. What if the plays that Ham wrote up were ignored by Leblame James and Anthony inconsistently personified Davis. What if all along he had made adjustments but they ignored his adjustments and did their own thing. What if he drew up plays that would have been successful if they were followed by the team leaders. We all saw LeBron and Anthony leave the bench while Ham was drawing up plays that is probably why Anthony said “ their were stretches where we did not know what to do” but that wasn’t Ham’s fault that falls on the players it wasn’t on ham that LeBron didn’t play defense. It wasn’t ham’s fault that Anthony faked an injury to his shoulder. To have an excuse for his poor performance in the second half of game three.
