Still, I’m going to talk about each of the things I’ve used.
The thing that was the best was the armpit sweat pad, but there are a lot of instances where you can’t even use that depending on your outfit;;;

They also might be too stressed out from their unhumane diets and their schedules. Still, it'd be nice to have this formally explained by an actual idol and not us fans.

@@sieyinameru2818 ah? but i know solar has a tracker for her period and if my memory doesnt fail me, has also talked about how in synch they are with their manager that just one look to their manager was able to communicate that she needed pads (they communicated non verbally because she was on stage). of course, i could be wrong about the 2nd one but im 98% sure about the first one. its in her "whats on my phone"-sido video. of course tracking doesnt disprove those claims either but we know it at least happens often enough to be tracked

besties, i got more tips for youuuu. for the cooling sheet (the one she stick to her forehead) one, instead of sticking to your forehead, you could also stick them on the back of your neck. so you don't have to remove your makeup. it will do the same, lowering your body temperature.
and for the armpit sweat pads, if you feel like a bother to search for those specifically, you could just use panty liners. panty liners are smaller and easier to get.

Concerning the underarm pads-I do think they’re a great idea, but wouldn’t the extra padding make you sweat more? If anyone’s tried these, please let me know!!
idk if it will make you sweat more, but if it does, it will absorve the sweat and it won’t stain the clothing
Not really. It absorbs quite well. I did try placing one on top of another so it's thicker and to be honest it works XD. But in my experience it didn't work with loose clothing because it just hangs there without any contact with the skin.
Someone suffering from hyperhydrosis here (excessive oversweating in general). Really depends on the fabric and also depends on the kind of underarm pads you use. Some underarm pads are strong, where they pull out the thread of the clothes, while others barely stick. You just have to try it out, from experience I can tell you that fabric which is very soft (not necessarily thin) tends to slip a lot more.

And we have tons of products to use for our sweating problems and hairy body, but if you go to 'east' Asia I think it's really hard to find deodorants because they don't smell or grow hair.
