Steve Smith Sr. has always been a favorite of mine. Still disappointed that my Ravens weren’t able to get him a ring back in 2014. He deserved at least one ring. Jeudy responded last night with 3 receptions for 14 yards. Dude is a complete clown and like Steve said, a WR3 at best.
The Ravens should have let him go a year before, to try and get into a real contender. I'm a Ravens fan, but that last season of his we just weren't contenders.

I was hoping he'd be able to turn it around as somewhat of an Alabama fan, just for the sheer amount of talent at Receiver and defense they've been churning out the last decade, but I just don't see the heart, passion, or work ethic there with him. That could change if he leaves and signs with another team that will be able to better fit his skillset, but as of right now, I'd say out of that Alabama receiver bunch, it's Julio Jones first, followed by Amari Cooper, and THEN it's Calvin Ridley. Hell even Davanta Smith is better than Jeudy right now.

At the end of the day, Steve Smith was a proven superstar at wide receiver and a game-changer for the Panthers (also played well in Baltimore). I don't know why Jerry Jeudy wouldn't go to him and ask "How do I get better?" or any advice on routes, or what to say to Russel about audibles or something of that nature. When you got legends like that on the sidelines, I'd go to them and ask how to be better instead of being sensitive and disrespecting them. But I'm not a professional athlete so I would never know.
