I think this movie is way too underrated considering how entertaining it is. Bruce Willis and Daymond Wayans rocking it and since this movie is so cool already, they can easily afford to kill off Halle Berry early on. The movie doesn't need her stunning looks to look good.

Bruce Willis' partner (the guy who dies by the bomb), is played by the same actor who played Jack Dalton, the pilot guy, in the popular tv show McGyver. He still has the same moustache.

I love how this movie pays off Jimmy's boast .. "best arm in the national league." At the very end . On horseback, a bullet in his hand he throws a perfect long bomb. Perfect writing that Shane Black pays off everything and created another great duo. It's a crime we never got more films.

    1. Loved this movie. Too bad they couldn't have made a follow-up. It's because the production of this was so
chaotic. In a New Yorker profile, Joel Silver said that the making of this film was "one of the three worst experiences of his life." Tony Scott also spoke about how miserable production was, largely because Silver and Bruce Willis took over the production, altered parts of Shane Black's script, and made him shoot scenes he hated under threat of being fired and having to forfeit his salary.
    2. Mike/Bruce McGill 44 years and pounds ago played "D-Day" in "Animal House"
    3. Darian/Danielle Harris played in "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead" and you should see her now. OUCH😍💕
    4. Aside from the end of "Raiders of the Lost Ark" this has the best bad guy goes down death with the helicopter stunt.
    5. Missing you Bruce.😰

Good thing they went back to Tony Scott, they had taken a break it seems. It would be nice that when they finish Tony's filmography, they continue with his brother Ridley, who has very good and famous movies like Alien, Blade Runner, Black Rain, Thelma & Luise, Gladiator, Hannibal, Black Hawk Down, etc.

A point of notice Last Boy Scout was made in 1991, Batman Rerturns with Halle Berry as the catwoman was made in 1992, so the purr was not intentional.

As much as I love Die Hard. There certain aspects of this film I love even better. The witty dialogue is delivered so naturally, and the villains are all people of power, which makes them all the more formidable:)
