The G in "Parle G" Bicsuits is Glucose and originally the name was "Parle Gluco biscuits". And "Parle G" is the Brand name. Later changed to Parle G. The Aloo Bhujia is potato based. Mashed potato mixed with masalas made in the form of vermicellis and it is a deep fried snack. Quite tasty. Glad you are enjoying the Indian snacks with Alfonso in Delhi.

Yes please try more, everywhere you get 1000's of options in snacks and sweets, but if you take India country collectively am sure there are a million plus unique items. Noone can try them all, most people try only a few and then get stuck to few as per their taste buds from that options discovered. There are stores in US selling Indian snacks, but options are limited, plus it be fresher here in India where it made and sold in fast rapid time in large numbers, then in a third country, where it takes sweet time to export and gets off self slower. So its always good to try as many here in India as you can, before you always end up falling back to few you loved, if available overseas.

¹) Parle G is the largest producing and selling biscuits in the world. Also the cheapest, like less than 2$ s for 1kg. The G is from Glucose. It contains glucose or dextrose monohydrate varient of less sweet sugar that is like isotonic which absorbs and breaks in body quickly.
²) The chip bags are filled with gas to keep them free and unbroken inside.
³) You have a Great choice, Thumsup. It is the cola made of maximum natural ingredients.
⁴) Aloo Bhujiya are made from potatoes and little amount of flour. The ones you get on chat and farsaan are made up of different types of cereals like chickpeas, peas, other lentils.
⁵) Children should not have chai because the reason is caffeine. Children should not be addicted to caffeine at their age. But he gets the caffeine through beverages like colas and sprite anyways. Limca, and Jeera soda doesn't contain caffeine.
⁶) Amul is the biggest and authentic icecream and chocolate brand in India. There are other great local brands in each state as well. But the kwalatyWalls that you ate mostly contains hydrogenated fat. That's why They don't write Cream or ice cream on their products by lawsuit.
⁷) Lots of love to you both ❤️🤍
