- My overdue rehaul of a Trick or Treat Studios Halloween Ends Michael Myers mask! This was definitely not an easy process as I ran into plenty of issues along the way (some on camera, most off).
I finally finished the mask and its probably my best rehaul yet.
Hopefully you guys have fun watching this. I'm also more than happy to hear out any feedback or suggestions.

Awesome job with just everything as a whole 👍I personally didn't like Ends (i mentally omitted it from the trilogy with 2018 and Kills) but still to see the concept of the mask left to rot for a while, burnt in a fire and then left to gather dust, cobwebs and mold i think you executed all of the details really well. I didn't even think about removing the paint from the mask because i didnt really think that was even an option. Keep up the good work :)

a little suggestion, in addition to the wash a great way to get definition for the cracks is to dry brush the off white cream color over a completely black mask (this is i believe how Christopher nelson painted the masks but I'm not fully sure) it helped a lot when i tried.

Mask looks great! For the mold instead of using hair spray u could use liquid latex. When I use it, it helps with time and budget.

The best removal method of a stock paint finish on ToTS masks is 90% isopropyl alcohol.

Hey bro when it comes to mixing the paint with liquid latex i basically put even amounts and mix them together? And did you only add water because your using air brush ?

Thanks! I believe its the 428-02, but honestly its a bit too aggressive lol. One of the other commenters was saying a polishing tip would be better.

Hey, do you have any suggestions on how to remake halloween 2018 masks to ends mask?
The sculpt is very different and I think you'd actually have better luck modding a Kills mask. You could maybe layer latex or glue to create texture, but you'd also have to tear some holes or make some deep pits in the 2018 mask, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Forget the rehaul of the mask...the whole damn movie needed a rehaul. One of the worst finale films I've ever seen! How could any test audience actually watch that movie and think it was a good film?
For me it was a very good film, sincerely better than Halloween Kills. You just need to take a litlle bit of retreat to see this film, It very very different than the 2 movies wich preceded this one, but he is very simillar as the original halloween movie ; John carpenter's halloween in 1978, we saw myers only 9 minutes in this one. And in Halloween ends, we saw him 11 minutes. This film as very good simillarities with the original.
Is a air brush needed or can you paint this by hand? Thank you in advance!
I painted mine by hand just gotta do stuff slow and light on the paint and make sure to balance everything right
I think an airbrush can help give you light, even coats, but it's definitely not needed. Aside from the base coat, a lot of what I like to do is by hand. Hopefully that helps!

Great job, I do think it should be a bit more brown and mouldy on the burnt side though
