Bach is still all up the greatest muscian,composer and organist who has ever lived. If a composer can ever be said to have got his music right with his theology it is Bach . He is the conumate orthodox confessional musician/ composer of the Lutheran Church when it was at its peak and strove all his life to match true lutheran sacred theology based in the bible and confessions of his church and faith through the music treasured and loved
He did so much to inspire others and to bring the church a grand magisterial heritage of sacred song and music to lift us closer to God and bring us into his divine magisterial presence. This is best evidenced by the way he finished each peice! He he finished each piece with SOLI DEO GLORIA!

Jammer dat alle noten op het orgel staccato worden gespeeld. Daar wordt het wel heel erg 'hakkerig' van.
Ik zou het graag nog eens horen maar dan in een wat meer legato-achtige voordracht.
