      According to Rajiv Dixit(The Greatest ayurvedic doctor), Chuna is the best calcium source. Just buy chuna from paanwala , not from paint shop and add half teaspoon into dal and consume it.
      In defence, the mess uses refined oil. So be careful.

    Hello sir, I have two things to ask/say-

    2. Can you please share something that helps to correct the ligament issue, i had an accident and after physiotherapy, I was able to work and it was normal but sometimes this ligament pain shows up and my knee starts paining. please share your knowledge upon it.

    Hi Fit Tuber, please add 1 more recepie of making easy and tasty til gud ladoos. After roasting til add gud and 1 spoon ghee in the mixture grinder. Grind all 3 together carefully, then shape the mixture into ladoos. Very easy, super tasty and til also gets grinded for maximum benefits.
