This workout is tougher than it sounds. Form is compromised to keep time under tension for an extreme PUMP.

@@fizzysedits6541 but no ur supposed to almost touch the floor when u go down of ur actually making it was easier if u do push up please go lower unless u take roids then u can get away with it
@@stjepanpalinic3683 Yes that is the proper form. Also done with the right tempo. But I have seen people do push ups like these. Constant tension to only just put the pressure and pump to the chest. Although proper push ups will maxize activation of the chest, shoulders, and triceps.

It's a task for sure.It's not something ya can just do ya need to do them for a bit... a few years back I did 1700 over a long 3day weekend. (5,7,5) I had been doing them for a bit and I was doing sets of 50. For some reason I did 7 one day. And No, I can't do that now....lol barely do sets of thirty... guess I need to practice a bit...

I did 10. 20. 30. 40 . 50. 60. 70 . 80. 70. 60. 50. 40 then I was dead.. this was over a decade ago before my work accident... but I'm getting back in shape slowly
Wow. 80. That's a feat. I could never get that many. Although I did 1700 over a 3day weekend way back.. sets of 50.... just did them during the day while I was laying around. I wasnt planning on 1700, was going to do 1500 - 500 each day. And I have no idea why I did it.... lol but hey,, maybe I'll try to get to 80 - that'll keep me busy for a while.
I can do 3,000 consecutive push-ups in a row. The trick is turning your hands into a slightly different position at the 1,000 and 2,000 mark.
