- Chivalry 2's new update regicide is set to release tomorrow may 22nd. This new update will give us a new map Citadel, along with a new weapon the godendang and of course a new battle pass. Enjoy the new chivalry 2 content update.

Cannonically, attackers win in every defence map, except on Thayic because Agatha becomes the attacker and Mason becomes the defender

This map is amazing but it is a little bit short. The detail and graphics are amazing and the lore behind it is great. It forces both teams to play objective and it evens out the battle. The only complaint is where they place the horses for mason. There isn’t a lot of room in general for the horses aswell. I think it’s great to fight as Malric and argon aswell definitely bring the team together for the final battle. I think it’s well organized for being such a chaotic map aswell.

There's still Tenosia and Malric's Heir. So if Malric even dies, there's still the Heir and the Tenosians

Dreamt about the open golden dreadnought helmet and now it’s here after more than a year of wondering if it’ll ever be in the game.

They should have introduced the different damage types for 1 weapon ages ago like the longsword special should do blunt damage

I got this game a few months ago (for free), never played anything like this that wasnt a shooter. Absolutely has become one of my favorite games ever.
Looks dope ive been grindin this game for a while now but I recently stopped for a bit, I Hope their announcement and the maps bring me back to my controller
i like because they are finally forcing people to understand how to engage at points on the maps. Its really bringing out how to defend. They literally pile you up and if you are not in a good formation you will be overrun but with this map they kind of put you on the line. i like it.
You never see half of this map while playing. Defenders have huge advantages in this map
I hate how most of the time when, I become Argon I try to 1v1 the enemy king and he just stays up there in that perch it’s so annoying😂

if you ask the community manager in the chiv 2 discord anything about the new update you get muted for 4 weeks for "pinging a dev that is inactive in the server", which i find pretty funny

@captaincs8440 it's not, asking the community manager of all people a question about the game they are the community manager for is pretty standard stuff in places
@@18NakedCowboysAtRamRanch the community manager isn't there to reply to everyone though, he's there to rely information from devs to players and respond if he's active.
I hate torn banner as well but it's like that for every game so we can't really blame them on this.
@@captaincs8440 theres a big difference between the community manager HAVING to respond to every ping and question from players, and muting someone for nearly a month. Ari isn't obligated to respond to me, but muting me and others for such an absurd amount of time is silly. And theres an arguement to be made regarding whether ari SHOULD respond to players when taking into account how small the discord server/community is. This game isn't heldivers

Ngl felt a bit underwhelming, it was a very short map and not as grand scale. it would’ve been cool if the two kings could just battle it out alone while the others watch with a little interactivity

It lacks more obj if you ask me. Such important map like this and so little of stages. And this is map that will decide who will win Civil War.
New map is good but seems to have severe FPS issues when facing the main keep - I go from 144 fps at max settings to 25 while I look in that direction XD
The new weapon is a giant toothpick change my mind

Why did it go away so quick? I got it again once in 64PTO but it's no longer an option on my home screen of Chivalry 2

Its a good map, but favors masons way to much. Played it 10 times and every time was a mason win.
My first game ever on this map ended up with a duel between Malric and Argon and Argon won
