I am of the belief that we all have the same God. We were just given different handbooks on how to follow him. Because of those humans who wrote the books a wedge is driven between us. Selfishness drives humans to project their opinions and say God himself wanted things that he did not. Some understand Jesus' mission from God, his sacrifices and their meaning to God and the world while others sadly do not because of their religious leaders preventing them. Religion has changed in many cases from salvation to control and false prophets leading the faithful to their demise. I always respect anyone like Khabib who puts their beliefs into action to create positivity in the world around them. The fact that we practice different religions doesn't affect my affinity for him as a fighter and as a person.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be offensive but I genuinely wanna ask something if you don't mind. The current situation in India is a mess. A politician said something bad about Islam and Prophet Muhammad, so the Muslims in here were obviously angry. Most of them just argued but didn't take a wrong step. But some Muslims started decapitating and beheading those, who either supported that politician or those who didn't say a word to Islam but were just supporting their own religion. There are many more like him, and many more even better than him. Naturally, that won't get any coverage in the media. The only reason why he's gotten the attention was because of his skills as a fighter. With or without those skills he'd have been a good man. But alhamdulillah, because of those skills now you and many others know Muslims like this exist. There are far more good Muslims who get no attention than there are bad Muslims who get all the attention.

I am of the belief that we all have the same God. We were just given different handbooks on how to follow him. Because of those humans who wrote the books a wedge is driven between us. Selfishness drives humans to project their opinions and say God himself wanted things that he did not.
Some understand Jesus' mission from God, his sacrifices and their meaning to God and the world while others sadly do not because of their religious leaders preventing them. Religion has changed in many cases from salvation to control and false prophets leading the faithful to their demise.
I always respect anyone like Khabib who puts their beliefs into action to create positivity in the world around them. The fact that we practice different religions doesn't affect my affinity for him as a fighter and as a person.

The current situation in India is a mess.
A politician said something bad about Islam and Prophet Muhammad, so the Muslims in here were obviously angry. Most of them just argued but didn't take a wrong step.
But some Muslims started decapitating and beheading those, who either supported that politician or those who didn't say a word to Islam but were just supporting their own religion.
What are your thoughts on this, do you think this is correct in Islam?
