    Thanks EngineerBear, is it possible to add area parameter in this family. And how to calculate excavation area of multi shapes building.one more request how to calculate surface area for 100X100X10 Angle having 15 meter length for painting calculation.

      Hey Ranveer Singh! Thank you.
      Yes, that is possible. I have two solutions. 1. Add a new instance parameter(important that the data type is set to area) that multiply the width and length. 2. Use dynamo to select all the area in the excavation pit (also the sloped area) and add the area together. I have created a video about how to do that(Revit dynamo - calculate area, length and volume for a complex object), follow the link in the description. You can also report back the area to the family, also did a video on this.
