The Pilot is awesome
My thoughts on Caine and the exit door is that he probably wasn't lying about it at the end.
If he's an AI like official descriptions say then he is bound within the system that houses the circus, so he wouldn't be able to let the characters out of the program if he has no way of reaching outside of the program himself.
Seems he's just massively oblivious to human psychology and the distress of his "guests" and might be doing his best to distract them from the situation all of them are trapped in because that's his only means of attempting to keep them from breaking and going all abstracted.

I do agree with you about on how good Digital Circus is. However, I don't agree with you on it being better than the other series that are on Glitch. Meta Runner and Murders Drones are the hidden gems of Glitch Productions. Sunset Paradise pretty much shares the same wackiness as the Digital Circus. Yes, I'm aware that you didn't like it that well because of Meggy, but I personally enjoyed it. Not only that, Meggy is still an amazing character. You might not agree with me Puppet due to your abhorrence towards her new attitude and life style, but that's just your opinion. Sorry if this comment was too long
For me, it's too early to pass such judgement. Definitely looks better than Sunset Paradise (not a knock on that, the others are just that good), but just as I couldn't know if Murder Drones would hold after its pilot (it did), I can't know if this will either (though it probably will).
I don't dislike Sunset paradise because meggys in it. That would be a dumb reason to dislike a show. Honestly, the show just wasn't that appealing to me besides its animation. And it's story wasn't really that good..

So far I like every single character..... Except Ragatha because she seems like a normal “nice girl” without any real substance. And I don’t *hate* her, she’s just my least favorite. This show is great so far, it’s like dhmis on acid.
