Thee fact Jessie J isn’t more famous in the states literally makes me sooo mad. Like sis can actually sANGGGGG and live, some of the biggest can’t even do that
For me, it's her stylistic choices that prevent me from supporting her music. I will happily admit that I sincerely love and appreciate her vocal ability and anytime I've seen her do a cover of someone else's song, I was totally into it.
But, unfortunately, I just can't get into her music and song choices, personally. I feel the same way about P!nk, who is probably my favorite voice in pop music today. It's such a shame because they're both undeniably talented and deserve a successful, supported career, but sadly their music just isn't for me 🤷🏼♀️

I'm so used to listening to Ariana singing this song solo it's always a bit weird to back to this performance! I feel like Jessie dominated here a little, but I actually prefer Ariana's solo version. She gained a lot of confidence later.

I notice that u've recieved a lot of requests to watch the TNT BOYS performance of this song & I agree but as I watch all yr reactions I know(i assume) that you haven't had the pleasure of meeting the TNT boys yet. They did this performance at the start of their time together on a filipino tv show called 'your face sounds familiar kids 2018' which is basically the same idea as the UK show in the past called stars in you eyes. I suggest that you familiarise yourself with the boys before you watch them do bang bang just so you know wot they can do as themselves,particularly vocally' before they do this 'imitation'. I suggest two of their earliest performances that came directly before they did 'your face sounds familiar' (only a matter of months) their performance of 'listen' on the show 'little big shots UK' & then their rendition of 'flashlight' from TNTVersions(studio) which they released during their time on 'your face sounds familiar'. They also do their studio version of 'bang bang' on TNTV a couple of months later. You are gonna be blown away, a la dimash/sohyang,but in a different way but no less impressive as they are just little boys( & I mean 'little'). Enjoy!!!
Strangely enough I actually prefer the version Jessie J performed on The Singer 2018 in China with Coco Lee and KZ Tandingan. It was different to the original but looked like they were having a lot more fun.

She wasn’t relaxed, they just gave Jessie j more of the vocals because this happened after Jessie moved their names from the song title

Everybody's requesting the TNT Boys version of this from the show Your Face Sounds Familiar (not the TNTV version), but it would have been nice to know their vocal abilities by seeing their cover of "Flashlight TNTV version" first. There is a Y.Tube video of Jessie J saying " I love them : they did that better than we did." The TNT Boys duplicated the choreo so exactly that there's a split screen video of both performances, but I wouldn't recommend that one for the first watch.

Jessie J took part in a Chinese singing competition called SINGER. This is for professional singers to compete against each other over a number of weeks.
