About the Italian Quirinale palace, the value it is unrealistic: 2 billion dollars it is the value of just the naked fornitures, probably ( except frescos, sculptures, portraits and art masterpieces). The palace itself it is probably impossible to evaluate,moreover being built over one of most important archaeological areas of the planet.
The price of the Blue House is vastly wrong due to many factors,
Brunei house is also vastly wrong as the price is wrong, the gold is actually gold leaf and the rooms is far less, his cars were also seized by the government I think and the price is faaar less
