- QPR fans in Melbourne brought a touch of Wembley to a city centre pub for the 2014 playoff final against Derby county. The script was written perfectly as the place erupted in the 90th minute, when Bobby Zamora wrote his place in Rangers folklore. Directed & Edited by Olly SIndle. Produced by Mark Davis.

Was a fabulous night in Melbourne, wish I could remember it all :)
Guys, Born and bred in West London (still here) a QPR supporter since 66. missed the 67 final by a whisker, went to the 82 FA Cup Final, the 86 League Final and now the 2014 play-off final but just watched this video for the first and I reckon you enjoyed it just as much as we did back here, brought a tear to me eye!

Simon, i am 51 and have followed QPR since i was about 12. I live in Australia so i have never watched a live game but it is definitely on my bucket list. I still get goose bumps when i recall Bobby Hazell's back header in the 82 FA Cup against Spurs to set up Terry Fenwick. then to concede a lousy penalty in the replay was heartbreaking. Last years playoff final was just as exciting. We need to get some away points very soon otherwise we are back in the shit again. Hope you can help them over the line.....cheers for now.

I was at this game - ive been to many qpr games in my 15 years on earth and this was by far the best
My old man was born and lived on the White City estate, a stones throw from Loftus Road, if that. I have vivid memories of being sat in the car with him listening to the commentary on west London radio, feeling the car turn into a rollercoaster when we scored.
I remember when this goal went in and that my hands hurt from clapping. What a moment.
I always say that supporting QPR is a hereditary illness, thanks to dad. But times like these make me feel so happy. What one goal can do for thousands of people…

Just saw this video...was at Wembley and live locally to Rangers but that pub in MEL looks like the second best place to be.....absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!!

One of the best days of my life I was there and the walk to Wembley is something else only thing I regret is I can't remember how I celebrated but I probably went nuts

This is what football does to fans who have been through thin and thinner. Just look at the fan near the screen when QPR score. He's trying to fly by jumping, flapping his arms and his flag! It's like all his Birthdays and Christmases has come at once!

I was at this same pub in Melbourne for a world cup match and there was a professional photographer taking flash photos for the entire match. I'm sure there would've been a video camera setup somewhere else for reaction shots. Found a photo of myself put up by the pub's twitter account also.
Very irritating. I go to the pub to have a drink, not to be someone's marketing puppet
I hear your concerns but there was plenty of warning that the event was going to be filmed & anyone who didn't wish to be on camera simply chose not to be and stayed away. No one was forced to be in this video.
Guy B, did YOU appear in the video above? You shouldn't be venting your frustration at someone else's production on this page, as it has nothing to do with this video. Everyone in THIS film was happy about it, and permission was granted. I can't talk for you being photographed at another event, even if it happened to be in the same pub.
