- Above 80,000 the team need to help Felix make a decision to resolve the problem with his visor but that could cut his communication to mission control...
Taken from the one-off documentary Space Dive, which chronicles Felix Baumgartner's Red Bull Stratos space diving project.

It's been 4 years since this video uploaded. I didn't know about this video until youtube recommend it.
Quarantine makes me discover other things.
This Short clips has more twist & drama than Inception, seriously 🤣🤣
Felix is so composed and calm. Damn
This is a very brave man! Honestly a hero of intent and effort. And he created a new wonder.
Man that 24 miles up. I can’t imagine the exhilaration of stepping out onto the platform and taking it all in. Then stepping off for the immediate plunge earthward. Whoa !!
If you're gonna cut up a video, how's about labeling them and linking the other videos...
Totally agree label topic name - Video A out of a series 1 of ××
Or label a complete version of the topic uncut/editited/
version of Video A
this channel was created to sell BBC content to TV networks outside of UK and EU - BBC doesn't want you to watch this video for free on youtube
What else would you expect from the BBC surprised they didn't charge them a license fee
Hi 8 xxx .
True
True fact : you watched this video after watching the space jump and terror at 60,000 feet video
Damn true. Watched in that order.
wrong
I did

@@tomaliafern4219 Nope, i got the joke
But as i said, there are many people with an 23 IQ in this comment section, so i just wanted to make clear that he didn't get wings. The Flattis are big here, you know
I love the "worst case scenario" narration to make it seem dire. Gotta up the heart rate!
Me freaks out looking down from our house's roof 😂😂
Great work, great rescue...
Lol “rainforest” that’s such a good code name for the bathroom
Thats what the toilets going to look like

October 24, 2014, computer scientist Google's Alan Eustace (57 at the time) broke Felix Baumgartner's skydiving record for Highest Parachute Jump from 135900 feet (41000 meters)
BEST LOCATION MASTER
Can your hear me Felix ?
Felix:
The old guy just sounds like every nasa operator ever.
Isn't he the first one who ever jumped?

Joe kittinger absolute legend first 1 to do it
great videos, but c'mon. make them all 1 video, not these short clips.
Yeah I think they did this for a reason
Miguel pmpm the drama!
That's because all cut and paste edit why he forgot to turn off his curvature feature on his GoPro camera when he landed in his parachute the Earth is flat at the bottom line
There is 1 Video that shows the whole lot, it's The 14th Down on the Right hand side. The Total Running Time of the Video is 1 Hour, 17 Minutes and 48 Seconds. You're Welcome.
@@charlesneely Total And Utter Fucking Bullshit! The Earth is NOT Flat ffs you Dickhead!. It's Just the Angle of the Camera that Felix Baumgartner is using that makes it look like that!
Proud of you men...
Nice experience
That moment you realize theres no reason for being that far up in space!
reddyornot I was just thinking like... I don’t know if I believe this
No there's no reason for this video being chop up without it being labeled

It took 4 minutes for this guy to make it from space to earth, but it takes 1 hour to deliver my pizza
Amazing
Congratulations
Good luck and God bless you Lolmurica :D

Go for it Felix.
Real superhero
Great movie I like the music it plays lo!
It takes guts to skydive at that altitude.

"We are goíng for a LAUGH". Yes, we are...and we LOVE our NASAs invention...The GO PRO CAMERA with FISH-EYE-LENS...Moohaha! 👏👏👏
Better story than twilight.....
Обалденно! ♥
1:05:, sun behind that small camera yet shines in front of face shield.
I just made my highest skydive, from 18k ft AGL, and was a little concerned about hypoxia :O but everything went well. Twas quite a long time looking down on earth! 128k ft MSL is wild!
Paul Hutton
Was pretty flat right, and the Earth didn’t move at all right.
@@flatearthfisherman7153 ha. There are more important things to worry about, like homeless starving children. Whether the Earth is flat or round, or triangular, they're on it.
@@phutton88 Damn you got him good
I can think of a few people I would like to put on that balloon😂😂
Ahh they should of thought about this prior to 100k
“His visor would keep Fucging up.”
i did this once when i was in new mexico aswell, good fun but not for the faint hearted.
Wow that’s very high
I have already subscribed
Yes red bull
BRAVE or what.
Great video!
It doesn't look weird to you that
48 year ago Nasa did not have any of those problems?
Another very much interesting aspects to me is: I always thought that, in the open space was always sunny light, I know, many are going to tell me is because the light from the sun is dark, and it change went it come true the atmosphere, ok.
But went I just did see this it amazed me.
Universe is hard to understand.
"I always thought that, in the open space was always sunny light"
Well, it is. this all is in daylight. You see the earth, the capsule, him...everything is enlightend by the sun. Or do you wonder about the black sky? Why should it be lighter? There is nothing that would reflect the light. So it is black.
talk about some big balls!
Spaceballs!
GBU felix..
The most serious and sober of people are spacing out on us.....

Fun_tastic go baby go come on budy 😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣
Wow 🤯🤯🤯
We can go to the moon and communicate but it’s iffy at 100000 ft
i know the pointo
So the mushroom cloud from the 50 megaton hydrogen bomb Tzar Bomba still rose twice as high at 230,000 ft??? Holy moly crap. Did Russia burn a huge hole in the ozone layer over 50 years ago?
oh they did, just liek the atomic bomb and many more of their "experiments", we all know who the guilty are
like program BBC
3:23 does anyone think that the "sun" looks like octagon!
It's because the camera lens
This is really scary 😨
😂😂
Great actors of Hollywood
What
i think the video was great but felix must be really brave to do something like that
3:29 if you look closely you see a planet and don’t like
He made it at least 🤠🤚
Red Bull must have photoshopped the earth to make it round
it's the camera lens that does that
planet is flat as can be if you go to san amonica pier you can see all the way to the next pier (with a zoom camera) no curve at all you can watch the waves crash at the bottom of the pier as if you are standing on the beach
@Matthew Kelly i forgot to add believe what you like as will everyone else we all have different beliefs i choose to believe in the bible and god maybe i will see you on the other side i will be there for shure will you?
@Matthew Kelly yes it is bud you are wrong the bible says so
@Matthew Kelly like i said reread paslms all of it do not cut yourself short sir god claims earth is flat and unmoving he also states he put the stars in the firmament so that stated if you believe in one verse of the bible to be a true christian you must believe in them all so like i said believe what you like but do no cut yourself short i say you are giving us a bad name read it you are wrong sir the bible says so
Amazing photos of the balloon are available when it is so high up 105 000 feet - who took those and how was that done?
Strange right
If Nikon P1000 can zoom to see planets I think you can zoom to a Baloo 105000 feet high
0:45 he "went to the bathroom" and then you can see his pee dropping from 105,000 ft.
Hahaha that's hilarious
it was number 2
It would freeze
im watching this with no tv license, but dont get your hopes up bbc, i have adblock plus too ;-)
50 videos later maybe he'll jump? I feel like I've been tricked
All the flat earthers should watch this to see the earths horizon
looks the same at 1200 ft with that lens lol
Look at all that land. No water in sight. I didn’t know the earth looked that way.
@@duramaxdad Do you not know what has caused the distorted appearance of the earth in the footage?

Rescue team: what's that smell
💯💯💯
How did he get out there?
I love the fact there is another posting of this video but with "60,000 ft" instead. So we are unclear with a gap of 40,000 🤣
Mr Unthinkable u stupid? its the same video only the cut the video
I'm calling b******* on the distance cuz if you took a globe and estimated 100000 feet up maybe about 80 miles you wouldn't see that much of the Earth if you 1put one of your eyes and close the other eye above global like a quarter inch there's no way you could see that much and the curvature of the Earth from 80 miles up
@@thehawk8816 Sounds like you really got this science thing down pat.
😅😅 I was so nervous and was getting panic attack, why not they make 1 whole video. 😑😑
I wonder if there's a military operative somewhere laughing "only 120?"
All that, and for what...a record?
So they totally blow his "rainforest" code by announcing to the world that he's going to to the bathroom. What's the point of having a secret code word? He might as well just say "Hold on. I'm taking a piss."
Little unknown secret: The code word for #2 was "Log jam".
LMFAO
What's with the fish eye lens?
go pro camera makes the globe nice and curvey
That's not the full size of the earth, it's only showing what it can view per it's cup size..
All this drama at 100,000 feet and we were supposed to have gone to the moon some 238,000 miles away???
Ok then lets see you jump 100000 feet
@@aoe9015 as long as you hold my hand
you have to understand that he jumped in an astronot uniform going thousand kilometer with is lence smog up just put you at is place imagine the adrenaline the pressure to your chess the urge to take a breath without panic you stuck inside a suit that can go wrong and make you have no air you feel that for a long 4 minute...if it was true then this guy knew he could have died he knew he had to be calm the entire time. so i say 70% made up 30% balls of steels.
Yep, and they had many issues then too. It's called problem solving. Improvise, adapt, and overcome because failure is not a option.
👌👌👌
So much taking risk
What happened to the capsule and the balloon?
Don't worry I am watching you
I bet that was hell
I confused if his jump or Alan estauce jump . Which was glitter? Is it fake?
At how much distance we can able to see the earth rotation ?
You need to stay out of the atmosphere.
