Your videos are always interesting. Your works is beautiful. I like that you show errors and how you have had to pivot
Thanks Debbie! 🙌🏼
This is my favourite video of yours. I love the way you do refinish furniture but this I love the most. Antique furniture has a special place in my heart. ❤
Thank you! I’m really trying to embrace gentle restorations more and more.
This is such an important video - if you are really wanting to turn a higher profit for the amount of time invested. Thank you for always trying to teach and help others. And your work is beautiful as always!

What a great video, Lisa! I always love the pieces the pieces you work on. You used some products on these restorations that I’ve never used that I’m excited to try out! Beautiful work as always ❤
Thanks Natalie! I’m always on the lookout for new products to try! 😊
It’s finally warming up here in Upstate NY, which means, Estate Sale season!! After watching your video I am now so excited to go to them looking for great finds!
Keep the videos coming, you’re my favorite. ❤️ I always learn something new!
Aw, you’re sweet, Michele! 🫶 Estate sales are one of my favorite pastimes
This was a fabulous video! I learned so much. The main thing being we don’t always have to strip to bare wood and then go from there. I love your term gentle restoration. That’s going to be my focus on my next piece if it qualifies. Thank you again.
Thanks so much!! 🤩🙌🏼 Yep, I’m trying more of these restorations too
Great tutorial Lisa! Very informative and helpful. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful, Lisa! 🫶
Oh my gosh,, my desk is just like the last piece. I didn't know how old it is. All those pieces are beautiful. Great work :)
Thanks so much! 😊 yes, that desk is so unique. Quite a little bit of history too
Wow, those are fabulous! I especially love the little spinet desk, and I'm really glad you were able to flip them all quickly and at a good profit. I would be so tempted to keep them ALL for myself! BTW, that green wall behind you in the first frame is lovely, so fresh-looking. Could you tell me what paint that is?
Thanks Charlene! The problem is I usually want to keep them all 😂 Yes, it’s a great green. It’s Hollingsworth Green by Benjamin Moore. 🙌🏼
I just love your videos. So much great info. I'm just dipping my toe into flipping. Wish me luck
Glad it was helpful! Good luck 🍀
Thank you for the great info! I can see this becoming an important leg of my flipping business!
It is wonderful to have these kinds of pieces to supplement your other sources of revenue

My pleasure! Thanks so much!
Beautiful pieces! ❤
Thanks Marilyn! 🫶😊
Just beautiful!
Thank you! 🤩
excellent idea....i actually was thinking to buy pieces from estate sales for painting but never though to just restore them...
You buy a little more at estate sales, but the pieces are nicer and the profit margin is usually higher 😊
Thanx very interesting 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You’re welcome! 😊🙌🏼
I love cleaning with a toothbrush......ocd😂🤯
Me, too, LOL!!
Well, they work 😬
😊🙌🏼
I have a question maybe you can help me with if you plz. How do u figure weight for shipping on etsy? tyia
I use a scale made for large items. You can lay the piece down on the scale and the weight reader is attached to a cord that pulls out so you can read the scale. There are also rough estimates on the internet too.
forget brass and polishing...TIP>>>> use bars keepers cleaner...how to use it... in a container, add water calculating to just cover the hardware with water (no need to use a half gallon of water nor to boil it) just a little above the hardware , place two tablespoons of cleaner.. that is if are only a couple of pieces...if you are cleaning more than 6 pieces add xtra two tablespoons of cleaner...mix the water, add the hardware, let it sit for no less than a hour, take it out and with a brush clean it up...repeat as need it..(for me only takes one time) this process leaves the brass shining and with less efford...good luck
I normally use BKF for big batches of hardware, but I like this approach for a smaller amount too 🙌🏼
