Heather you are solely responsible for my love affair with Adept! They have hands down best packaging, customer service, and products. I like how the shadows sparkle in the dark with your phone light, but can you please come in a little closer. Love the rainbow eye look. This palette looks great! Sad that I didn't pre-order it.
I have to say I wasnt sure what this eye look was going to turn out like but, after you blended it. It was fantastic goodness! Your skill impressed me with this one!!!❤

I have been waiting for a brand to come out with a palette that is off white mattes. White, with a touch of blue, pink, green, purple, orange. I got so excited when I seen the thumbnail, but it's not what I thought. Still hunting for that perfect inner corner matte palette.
Only light pastel mattes? Let me look for a suggestion
@@HeatherAustinmakeup I know it seems weird, but yes. I sit on that boat with Angie about a matte super pale inner corner. As it is, I just mix white into my pastels. But I would like just a six pan palette of only "off whites". So far, my palest version of this is give me glow pastels palette. But I still need to mix a bit. I've even gone as far as looking into lots of single shadows to build my own.
Colourpop actually tends to do these kinda of shades best. I'm thinking "in the springs" that super pale matte seafoam "soaked" I don't think it's been done as a stand alone palette in a matte formula.
not weird! If I was to do that I would use the mattes from my Blend Bunny palettes. I'm not sure if their pans are magnetic though🤔

Back in the 2000's I had a compact Quad with 4 offwhite shades the palest pink blue green and lavender... I've been on the search for a replacement since.

@@HeatherAustinmakeup depending if the light is white, yellow, or blue hued, you can get flashlights that cancel those colors out so to speak so you get more vibrant color

I bought it ‘cause it was so pretty but after watching your video, reality has set in - I’m going to need to buy some super small brushes! How am I going to use this in real life??
Also, did you swatch what the rainbows look like if you swirled the entire pan? I’m worried it will turn muddy.
I also want to see the powder Multichromes swatches as a swirl, wondering about the mudding too
Everyone is freaking out about this and I almost bought it without thinking when my early access email came but then I took a good look at what it actually is. How are these multichromes? None of the pans shift between colors, which is what a multichrome does. Each pan or stripe is a solid iridescent color that never moves into another color, as far as I can tell. It might look shifty when you move the swatch around but that's only the difference between the shade and clear base. All iridescents do that, but multichrome iridescents also shift in color and I have watched your swatches and Adepts clips multiple times and I can't see any color shifting. Maybe it does shift and it's just really hard to pick up on camera? If so, can you please tell me what the shifts are? Because I am looking for ANY reason to buy this. I'm a giant Star Trek nerd and Adept is one of my favorite brands. I've bought everything they've released. But iridescent single shadows aren't expensive and there's no way I can justify almost $70 for iridescent singles, even if they're arranged in stripes, especially because I already own a color shifting rainbow hl from Sugar Drizzle. But it's only a 26mm pan. I really was hoping this would be like that...only bigger. So what's the verdict? Does everything shift in color? 🙏🤞
Also, my husband is so mad that Adept is releasing a Star Trek palette on Star Wars day. He says it's incredibly disrespectful. Boys are weird.

Terok Nor is the name that the colonialist empire of Cardassia called a space station they built in colonized space. When the colony finally managed to get rid of the empire, they renamed the space station Deep Space Nine. Deep Space Nine became the first front in the war between the Federation and the Dominion.
Jem'Hadar are an alien species created only to be aggressive warriors.
Ketracel White is the drug used to control the Jem'Hadar.
Vorta are an alien species created only to worship the Founders, and serve them. The vorta are also the ones who command and control the Jem'Hadar, and control their access to Ketracel White.
The Founders are shapeshifting aliens who created other alien species and forced others to join them in creating the Dominion, because they felt threatened once and decided that the safest thing would be to control everyone in the entire universe.
I am LOVING this collection, but I must say that I am VERY confused as to why there's no word about Star Trek anywhere? Is this an official collaboration? Is it an "inspired by" collection like the Green Arrow one? Do Adept have the license to use these names for their product...? What's going on with that?
