I will tell you how good this video is: I feel so sorry for her, her terrible fear and sorrow. To think she’s been dead for 500+ years and my heart still aches for her, her long-ago suffering. Your video is very good and touched my heart, is what I’m trying to say.❤
💚💚💚🙏🏻
Agree, this lady has a GIFT of storytelling.
Queen Howard (the teen queen) died a martyr , victim of a sociopath who was angry bc he couldn't get it up anymore and she waited a whole year before her sweet carnal needs turned around to another
Henry ViiI was no angel himself.....and I'm picking Catherine confessed due to pressure brought upon her. Shameful bit of history. Thanks for the beautiful way you presented the story. 🌺
Henry and angel definitely are general not in the same sentence. That’s for sure! 💚🙏🏻
Yours is quite an understatement
Henry VIII was a sociopath who told everyone he was the representative of God on earth, that's why he'd go in his younger days and spotting one he liked he would give them no choice but to get naked in bed for him even if she was married. Disgusting system he instituted
Queen Howard was a victim of his craziness bc he couldn't get it hard anymore and she waited a whole year until her own carnal desires gave in for another
Teen queen was a martyr
What is also disgusting and hard to imagine the fear she felt mixed up with the belief of him being the representative of God on earth...wish she would have somehow realised he was rather the representative of satan
It’s just so very sad. Such a young girl. 😢
Hiya Evelyn, I think if Henry V111 advisors told Henry "the moon was made of cheese", Henry would of believed it, his poor wives didn't stand a chance with him, that's all I have to say on it, this is Paul in Whitehaven, Cumbria, England
😂😂 he would have believed it if it suited him. Otherwise he wouldn’t have entertained it at all. 😉💚
She was a teenager and he didn't even take that into consideration he must have a huge ego SMH just sad really sad
He took into consideration the sx.
I don't know if I would have such dignity I rather doubt it.
💚💚💚
Same, I’d be begging and pleading I think. Though we never truly know what we would do… i believe people of this era were much tougher mentally than we are today, and deeply religious which seemed to help some of the condemned in their final hours. I’m an atheist so I’d be freaking out
I really enjoy your description… your voice is a powerful tool… look forward to more :-))

Thank you so much. 💚🙏🏻
Thank you for another great video ❤
💚💚💚🏰🙏🏻
thank you so much for this video. It was to the point, very instructive and the voice so captivating!
Thank you so much! So glad you enjoyed!
She was way too young for Him. I mean too young. King Henry had no mercy of forgiveness. He should’ve sent Her away instead. May she RIP 🌹🌹🌹
The Magnificent Fortress itself. 👑🏰
It is a horrible story.Poor young girl !😢
💚💚💚
I guess old King Henry VII had never read this passage from the Bible:
”The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, ‘Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?’
When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, ‘Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.’ Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, ‘Woman, where are they? Has no-one condemned you?’ ‘No-one, sir,’ she said. ‘Then neither do I condemn you,’ Jesus declared. ‘Go now and leave your life of sin.’“
John 8:3-5, 7-11 NIVUK
He's facisknating figure but man it's crazy what they did back then to the cheating spouses and what he did to anne boleyn and she was loyal so was his first wife SMH and look how he treated her ...😢
Not even cheating spouses.. they could just accuse you of something and boom it’s true now. Horrible
Such a sad life she had
I am thinking the King was involved in an adulterous relationship with Catherine prior to the annulment of his marriage to Anne of Cleves.
Bloody Henry.
That nickname is definitely more appropriate for Henry than Mary.
What if Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard hadn’t been executed and instead they got an annulment and were sent away and they were both still alive during Mary’s reign what would have happened in your opinion thanks
Catherine Howard living wouldn’t really have changed anything. Anne Boleyn living would have created some pretty big family struggles when Mary became Queen I think. The Boleyns as a family would have rallied behind Elizabeth.
@@EvelynEdwardswouldn't they have - in a probability - crossed paths and swords with the Seymors before that? I mean both families were quite ambitious.
Providing that we assume that the whole case were dropped and George Boleyn still lived.
And interesting hypothesis.
@@EvelynEdwardsI mean: what would happen to all the other players on the proverbial chessboard? Some really influential and potentially dangerous - to Henry and his son's reigns - people were 'conveniently' implicated in both trials.
@@semiramisrosarot oh boy! Ambitious families fighting each other for power…I’m quite sure some of that would have happened! It did anyway!
an unfortunate pawn in a king's world, although we shall never know the true story
I wish people can get along and stop fighting
That's deep 💔
Interesting and compelling 👍👍
Thank you James 💚🙏🏻🏰
💔
is her grave marked, do we know?
There is a plaque on the ground in the chapel.
How many deaths is he culpable for ? His head count must far exceed any other monarch ?
Actually no. There are monarchs that exceed Henry VIII. But it’s roughly estimated around 57,000.
@@EvelynEdwards holy crap, and there were worse than him ! You are a fountain of knowledge
Wow, talk about having to pay for your sins.
