Don't Miss These Galaxy's Edge Tips & Tricks!

- We returned to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland to bring you some exciting tips, tricks and easter eggs. These are not the usual easter eggs that everyone points out or are too obvious, these are some references and tips that will impress even your most hardcore Disneyland fanatic friends.
* Is that large lightsaber too heavy to carry around? You can now drop off merchandise at First order Cargo. It requires a receipt. Your merchandise will be sent to the front entrance or your Disneyland hotel room. Must be done by 5pm and picked up before midnight.
* You can eat on a table constructed out of an X-Wing Starfighter S-Foil in Docking Bay.
* If you're looking for a deep dive Galaxys Edge easter egg, look no further than those white cubes seen around Black Spire Outpost. They are Fusion generator supply tanks, as seen on Luke Skywalker's farm in Star Wars: A New Hope. starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Fusi...
* The number on the Galaxy's Edge trash cans "3263827" is a reference to the serial code on the Death Star trash compactor where Luke, Han, Leia, and Chewie almost get smushed in A New Hope.
* Rumor has it that the giant statue foot outside of Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities is that of Anubis from the Great Movie Ride. This is unconfirmed, however. If true, it would be cool if the Florida version of Galaxy's Edge had the other foot. wdwnt/status/1135...
* The statue outside of Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities is from Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, as seen outside the Jedi Temple. It is believed to be one of the four masters that created the temple.
/ i_thought_the_statue_o...
* Even though Galaxy's Edge takes place on another planet, you can still find some hidden Mickey's around if you look hard. One of the more obvious ones can be found on Docking Bay, located on the ramp that sits to the left of Smuggler's Run. The Mickey head appears from three blaster holes in the building. Let us know if you find any other hidden Mickey's around Batuu.
* Inside Dok Ondar's you can find the Ark from Raiders of the Lost Ark. You need to stand in the corner of the room, next to Dok himself to see it. The ark is hidden amongst the goodies on the second floor. I wonder how it got to Batuu?
* To the right of Toydarian Toymaker sits a rack of kid-sized speeders, one of which is a miniature version of the speeder that Han Solo and Qi'ra use in the beginning of the film, Solo: A Star Wars Story.
* the Trilon Wishing Tree is how Batuuans send their hopes and wishes into the universe. You tie a piece of fabric to the tree and make your vow or ask your wish and when it disintegrates the Galaxy’s grants your wish.”

If the Smuggler's Run ride breaks down, you can smack the rear panel of the cockpit to reboot it.
Ha I’d love this to be true.
If you go to dok ondar and ask if they have any spare junk parts, you can buy any piece you want of the build your own lightsaber.
Do you know about how much they run price wise?
@@Shoulderpads-mcgee 20 USD each
4:00 that tie is never coming off 😆
😰
IT DEFINITELY DIDN'T
Wonder if it’s still there 🤔
I spent last week there with my wife and these videos made Galaxy's Edge a wonderful experience! We walked around with my Vader-in-law who is a huge fan and I was able to point out some things that he wouldn't have caught.
OML Vader-in-law killed me
Something else I think is really cool that no one ever mentions is that they actually have two B1 Battle Droids from the clone wars rusting in a metal cabinet I think outside near the droid shop somewhere. Seeing how big they were in person was really neat.
The Indiana Jones stuff is probably a nod to Steven Spielberg because he put Star Wars Characters in the Egypt hieroglyphs In the Indiana Jones movies ....
just like he shows Yoda in ET
And ET in Star Wars (Ep.1) too!
That is correct but the person who played Indiana Jones is Harrison Ford who plays Han Solo in Star Wars
reddbull77 and the club in the start of the emporium of doom is called club obiwan
Just discovered your channel and I’ve been watching a ton of them on galaxy’s edge. I am still trying to convince my dad to take me, but I love the stuff you guys are doing. Great vid!
Thanks so much Brendan. I hope you get to visit Batuu someday!
Just like me. I'm doing the same.
You guys are super chill and easy to watch, keep it up👌
Thanks!
Love you guys ! I have a lot of trouble watching some amusement park vloggers because they’re so over the top but you guys are so enjoyable because you’re just being genuine. So happy your channel is growing so rapidly !
Thanks so much! This means a lot to us because we are just trying to be ourselves and not what you say. That annoys us sometimes too.
6:48 *GASP* "IT'S A LUCKY EMBLEM!"
That transition from Han Solo speeding into the light to the bottle entering the trash can killed me xDDD
Haha
Love the natural videos, it’s just like being there with a friend
Thanks!
Found your channel yesterday. I have been binge watching since. Gearing up for a trip with the fam. to Disney world in October. Thanks for the great content. Thanks for being the great people you are. I have spoken.
Thanks so much Jesse!
6:45 awesome ❤ Hidden Mickeys!!
🐭
Great job! Thanks so much. We've been watching all your Galaxy's Edge content in preparation for Hollywood Studios visit in October. The night time tip got us excited - or at least somewhat less bothered - about the 6:00 AM rope drop.
Thanks so much Brian! Yeah you need to experience it both in the day and at night. It looks amazing at night. Thanks for watching and hopefully we have been able to help. We should have more videos in the future too.
There is a really cool one in Droid Depot. The droid parts hanging from the ceiling are in a very special pattern...do you know what it is? :P
Thx
What is the pattern???
First Order Cargo in Disneyland no longer ships merchandise to the front gate. The only options we found were to have items held at a shop in Adventure Land or at the Stroller Rental shop outside of the park. It is a free service.
At the end of the market place across from the Dianoga, there are wood carvings of the Force Priestesses
from Clone Wars S6
Whats yhe name of the episode ?
Ooh I loved them. Have to look for that when I go on Monday! Thanks!
Never really wanted to go to Disney but with Galaxys Edge, we’re going! Your videos are very helpful. Saving a day in LA for this!
Awesome!
Visiting Galaxies edge in a couple of weeks. I'm binge watching all of your videos so I know what to do and what to expect. You guys are the best. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences.
Glad we could help!
Same =)
I love watching you guys! thanks for all the tips!!!
LOVE your stuff guys! Soaking up the info for our September trip. You guys have been soooooo helpful (Orlando bound!).
There's also a Hidden Mickey inside the Millennium Falcon in the last room before getting on the ride( the room with the chess board in it) three little metal couplings on the wall in a perfect Mickey shape
I’ll have to look out for this next time
Love your vlogs, thanks for all the time you take out to share Batuu with us!
Thanks for watching Melissa!
Thanks for your time! It looks great! ❤️
Thanks for watching
That statue outside Dok Ondar´s shop, was sculpted here in México, by a talented sculptor named Rafael, and also he and his wife sculpted the entrance wall sculpture, te one on Shiev Palpatine´s office on episode 3, obviously they made this version.
I actually know Francisco who I think heads up that team!
Crazy day at work today so I’m unwinding looking at your older videos. I noticed that that “hidden Mickey” looks like Mickey had his face smashed into the wall. 😱
😂😱
I was thinking the foot was a smaller replica of Jacob's foot from the show Lost, since JJ Abrams did that show too 😁👍
I could see that but in the show you could see the foot had a sandal on it.
@@spongeball9876 and this one has too many toes.
You guys are AMAZING! Love the tips and tricks, keep up the good work
Thanks!
Love ur vids. Can't wait to see ur review for Galaxy's Edge here in Florida. Going next year myself. Avoid the rush.
That's so cool!! More!
Ordinary adventures you guys are so cool and great content keep up the good work 👍
Thanks!
You guys did a thorough job on this, kudos. Can't wait to see what comes next : ]
Thanks for watching
Those generators should be able to charge phones
That would be an epic added bonus for use true SW Nerds!!!
Have watched most of your videos in anticipation of a trip to Hollywood Studios Galaxys Edge. I was a cast member on the Great Movie Ride 20 (!) years ago and can’t wait to come back. My kids have loved your videos as well - thank you for making them kid-friendly! We are so jazzed to make a droid and custom paint it when we get home. You have great ideas. I’ll let you know if I find any Easter eggs from Great Movie Ride in Dok Ondars!
Thanks so much
Watching this in the future - imo episode IX was the best
🙌
@@OrdinaryAdventures what can I say? never underestimate a droid.
Great content guys thank you
Thanks for watching
Because of this video, I looked at the 2nd floor of Dok Ondar's, no Arc. However, he/she/they(?) had some Terran Medieval Armour and on the storage box in front of the armour were several goblets. :)
czcams.com/video/Ob1GaYblyiA/video.html
There´s a small Millennium Falcon model just at one of the vents of the lower hull of the Falcon
Would luv to see you team up with Offhand Disney!
We are a much smaller channel at this point so I doubt we are on their radar but we’d love to.
The more of your videos I watch the more hope I can get to go to Disneyland/galaxy's edge one day.
Super cool! Keep up the good work!
Awesome video guys. We are going to Disneyland next year you experience the Star Wars universe.
Thank you for the awesome information.
Thanks for watching!
Good to see my two favorite pilots (and their trusty R2 unit) back at it again with the dope videos!!!
Keep these coming, thanks😀
🙏
@@OrdinaryAdventures we should be next week sometime. The kids don't even know we're going🤣😂🤣
I'm a new subscriber and I love your videos! Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much!!
You guys have the best job ever!
Ha wish this was our job
If you enter by the Hungry Bear, when you see the first small ship to your right .You will see some steel drum cans ,if you look at the top you will find a hidden mickey..
Hmmm will have to look for that next time!
Something I haven't seen mentioned much is the frieze sculpture on the wall when you first walk through the door at Dok Ondar's. It is the same bas-relief mural that was seen in Chancellor Palpatine‘s office in “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith”. Wookiepedia calls it the Great Hyperspace War Bas-Relief.
It’s amazing to look at!
Also there are three very hard to find hidden mickeys in it somewhere
I will definitely look for the hidden mickeys next time :)
Great tips!!! Just booked Disney World in January.!!! Excited for Galaxy Edge, Toy Story land, and all the good food!
that is super cool!
🙌
I am surprised because this isn't usually something that I would watch, but I love your videos!
Thanks
If episode 9 isn’t the best Star Wars ever, I’m blaming you guys. Jk. You guys are so fun to watch!!!
Haha thanks!
I love your videos. Always new and unique things that others don’t mention.
🙏
yes now I can't wait to go and I will look for everyone easter egg
🙌 check out the Dok Ondars videos we are doing on the channel too.
Planning to visit on our holiday next summer, and I’m driving my wife nuts watching your videos and telling her all the things to see. 😂👍
Haha hopefully she’s enjoying some of it! Have fun!
❤️ - because I love what you’re doing.
Thanks!
Video Idea: Theme Park ideal itineraries, especially for those visiting. Can include versions like park hopper 1 day vs 3 day. Love the videos, can't wait to come down and check out the new land
Good idea!
You guys deserve more subscribers because you are both great. Also I just visited for the first time and I love the detail in galaxy’s edge especially the sound of tie fighters flying by.
Thanks so much! What’s the coolest thing you discovered?
Ordinary Adventures I would have to say the sound effects of ships as if they are flying over Batuu. Whenever we hear the sound of a tie fighter or cargo ship everyone immediately looks up as if they were actually flying by which is just incredible. I also really Iike how the imperial stormtrooper helmets and clone trooper helmets look old, dusty and dirty to show how the time of those eras have passed
They should have made the fusion generator supply tanks charging ports
Love the videos , the vibes , and the information please keep these amazing videos coming :)
Thank you!
I love you guys videos
Thanks Weston!
Yall are great
Thank you!!
They should've made the bins look like a gonk droid
You two are awesome. We will be there oct 19-25 so I hope to run into you all. My kids and I r fans and watch all the vids.
No idea if we will be there on those days but if you see us please say hi!
Wish I watched all of these before I went to Disneyland
Now you have all the knowledge for next time!
WE WANT MORE PLEASE !
Thanks
I found a hidden Mickey in the briefing room immediately before boarding. It is on the side of the monitor.
Will have to look for this next time
Been watching all your videos and cant wait to compare some of the stuff you have found to when Orlando location opens and see how much of it is just a copy and paste or is each location unique. I think it would be cool to do a comparison video of each location to see if anything is different once Orlando is open.
We’d love to do that. I have heard that the lands will be nearly identical but I’m hoping there are fun little differences to notice.
Yea I have heard that too, it only make sense to have the large stuff the same but i do hope the little stuff may be different
love ur channel
Appreciate it!
You guys are great love the videos good luck with black kyber crystal my friend going on Sunday maybe I'l try my luck finally and wishing tree is new to me so thanks ✊
Good luck and have fun!
I'm hoping most of these same tips and tricks will work for Studios' GE as well. So far as I've been able to tell from looking at construction and blueprints/building permits, it seems to be configured the exact same way. I'll be there the week of Dec 10-16 and GE is what I'm looking most forward to!!
I think they will. As you said the land design is almost exactly the same except that WDW doesn’t have the middle entrance/exit. But that shouldn’t change much.
Pause at 3.25 / 3.26 and look past the foot to the rock formation behind, that just happens to look like the head of Anubis ( jackals head looking to the left )
Hi ~ is from hong kong ! you guys is so amazing ~ a lot of information thx
That’s awesome that someone all the way from Hong Kong is watching! Thanks so much!
Another amazing video!!!
Thanks!
I work in WDW and there's a hidden Millennium Falcon actually on the Millennium Falcon. It's hard to describe where to look, next time I'm in the land I'll try and get a photo.
Awesome!!
Let’s see this!
From the looks of it, Disneyland doesn't look exactly like the Ghost Town I've been reading about. Is it really as deserted as people say? Also, love the headband Kitra!
I wouldn’t say it’s a ghost town but on the weekdays it’s been probably a 3 or 4 out of 10 in busy. Far below what it should be during the Summer. Galaxy’s Edge is busier than the rest of the park for sure tho.
@@OrdinaryAdventures Truly hoping this translates to WDW as well. But somehow, I seriously doubt that! Too many people holidaying from other countries for that to happen, me thinks.
What are the light tubes for the light sabers made of? Are they glass and breakable? What if you drop the things? Can you buy new ones once you get home and break it?
I believe they are made out of some kind of plastic. They sell three different size blades for the sabers at dok Ondars.
The spires symbolizes the trilogies
I didn’t go to galaxy’s edge yet but I going too!
I was hoping if you show more of the other parts of Disneyland. I haven't been there for 13 years.
We will! Galaxy’s Edge is hot and new right now so there’s a lot of interest in it but we will be adventuring around Disneyland too!
great content you guys! keep up the good work! let's get to 1 million subscribers, you deserve it! greetings from Cancun, Mexico
Ha we would love to get to 1 million subscribers. Heck, 100,000 seems far away right now but please help spread the word! Thanks so much!
Where did you get your Wicket Moonwalker shirt from!?!?
A brand called Endless Tees!
The part of your intro with the Frenchie in the Millennium Falcon is so awesome... but I keep trying to figure out what is on its back... what is that supposed to be?
It’s our other dog, a Pomeranian.
Ordinary Adventures ahhhhhhh! :)
OMG I've been watching your videos for the last month and just realized you are Peter from the slash filmcast I listen to. I mean I know you arent on it all the time, but I hear your name mentioned all the time.
Ha that’s funny! Thanks for watching!
I think the foot is a nod to JJ Abrams. It looks like the foot of the statue in the show LOST.
Good theory.
It reminded me of LOST as well, but the foot is actually very different.
The statue of the foot in Lost had four toes, this one looks to have five
Do you still need the additional access bracelets to get into Galaxy's Edge or is it just an open area to walk into?
In Disneyland it’s just open
Did you notice on Solo's speeder the rear tail lights look just like the tail lights on an old Ford Galaxie?
Interesting
@@OrdinaryAdventures 1953-1954 Galaxy 500 to be specific
Ford and Galaxy and Solo, yeah that's a whole heck of a nod for sure! I love it!!!
Neat! I wonder if there are any Easter Eggs from Willow.
We have found one from THX1138, so it’s possible!
@@OrdinaryAdventures Where is that one, cuz I totally need to take a holo of that!!
Ha we’ll feature it in a future video but it’s very very hard to find and you could only really see it in a video.
I hope Kitra's wish comes true!
Me too
Please let me know if you guys need something from homedepot at sunset Ask for Cosmo. You guys are great and a discount won't hurt.
If you hold a flashlight behind a red kyber crystal package, you can see if it is black or red!
Ha it’s the worst kept secret at this point
@@OrdinaryAdventures I know 😂just wanted to comment something
@@levin4440 they now have started putting black paper inside the tubes so you can't see anymore. 😟
Hello.Great video. Are there any other Disney character silhouette's in galaxys edge darth donald or darth goofy, stitch?
Not that we’ve seen
Im comming to the US for the first time in october, as is im confused about tipping but can you tell me do you tip in the galaxy edge cantina
Yeah any waiter or bartender in America should be tipped.
Is this the g7x ii? what are you using to grade it?
yeah Canon g7x mark ii. We just use Premiere to do some color grading.
Another great video. I love these please keep them coming and like I said before I hope to see you two there one day!
Thanks! Please spread the word!
@@OrdinaryAdventures I for sure will
I don`t know who you do it .... YOUR video`s just keep getting better and better ! Can`t wait to see whats next ! AWESOME :-)

Did you guys know about the crates in the ship above docking bay 7 have numbers of the years of the original trilogy 77 80 83
We did. That’s a cool Easter egg!
4:15 I guess it didn’t fall off
yes i do.
