Where to eat in Milan? My honest opinions on Milanese Food in Italy

I have a confession about Milanese food... I didn't love the food we ate in Milan. I wasn't blown away and everything was average. We went to some really nice restaurants in luxury hotels and on michelin guide's but idk I guess I had really high expectations. Let me know what you think?!

I think educating on the cultures of how they eat in Milan & researching on the cuisines of the area can really help you plan for better meals on a trip! Something to note is that a lot of the time, these restaurants cater more to the tourists and don’t bother putting their heart & soul into traditional Milanese foods so more often than not, you end up having really subpar food. Definitely need to research for the places that still love what they do, because Italy is such a hugely visited country (even more so Milan). Hope this helps!!

What do I think : well your video is very nice but without being nasty how can someone who drinks capuccino while having food or Fanta (sic) or a cocktail during dinner can properly judge food ? Frankly start applying some good food habits before judging…you drink cappuccino at breakfast, a cocktail before or after a meal and you never drink Fanta !
