- The days between Shavuos and The Three Weeks are an interesting time. The joy is over and the mourning has not begun yet. What is our mission during this time period?
Rabbi #BenzionKlatzko explains that the spiritual heights and longings that we experienced over Shavuos are meant to energize us to bring the geulah immediately! The mission is, through our Torah learning, to transform the three weeks from a time of sadness to a time of joy.
"Umipnei" was composed by Rabbi Klatzko as a prayer of longing for the Bais Hamikdash to be rebuilt. While these words are said during Shemona Esrei on Yom Tov, the longing that we have for Klal Yisrael to return to our home is to create a permanent state of joy and closeness to Hashem forever. While images speak louder than words, the combination of seeing Bais Hamikdash destroyed, and the next moment seeing the Jewish people returning to a rebuilt Yerushalayim, makes this song and video one of a kind!
Rabbi Klatzko sings this together with his three children, Gavriel (age 21), Azarya (age 16), and Luzy (age 12).

the 5000 that stopped thier party on St. Patricks day and listened to me for a few minutes as I yelled the vision from the Chicago River steps to the walkway....really happened. The little girl on a crowded Michigan Ave. in Chicago, singing "Silver gray trees in a row with bright green leaves on top" and then being violently whacked in the face by her sluggish huge dad.....really happened. I was there, I saw it.
I know this song for over 15 years which was first arranged by the great Shlomie Zeiger, a much nicer musical version and i have the raw recording song by Sruli Williger. Never the less it is a great and beautiful song.

The point of the the video is to bring out the history of the destruction of the Bais Hamikdash. "From our sins we were exiled from our land..." It was a very sad time for the Yidden. This was a brilliantly made video, a perfect way to teach people how the destruction came about.
Orange Red was the color in the middle of the dark green palm leaves, but only the lower palm leaves. The upper Palm Leaves were all Dark Green, and all these leaves grew on uniquely curving branchless tree trunks, with weeds and crab grass growing under them. These trees grew on the far right side of the valley of vision.
From a hill I saw a Full White Moon over a valley at night. Around the moon was an aura colored bronze. And all the stars were gone in the sky.
Straight, thin, branchless and in a row, were the trees in the back of the valley and on the left side of the river. There was a single group of bright green leaves on top of all the trunks, each leaf about the size of a persons open hand.
In the middle of the valley was a river. It was wide as a street, and there was no wind on the water. The river was curved like a letter ‘C’. I don’t know where the water came from or where it was going to. There were two ripples on the surface of the water where it moved through the bend in the river.
In the front, on the right side was a square pit. The depth of the square pit is unknown, and in it were people, all of them mixed in a heap, cut into pieces, yet no one was bleeding. In the center of the pile was a mans torso cut through at a 45 degree angle. In the far left corner was a mans severed head, and it was missing a slice of its skull like a slice or watermelon or pie.
The pit was not full. It was empty about 3 feet down into the ground. The sides of the pit were made of a glittering sand.
Behind the pit were two ghouls. Their heads were enlarged on top, and their hair was mangey. Their ears were pointed and stuck out. They had sharp teeth, and wore black suits with white pinstripes. They both had polished brass buckles on their shoes, and both wore colonial black string ties.
The ghoul on the right held a severe mans leg. On the foot of that leg was a white sock and a black shoe. The shoe had a squared toe. The ghoul on the right cut the foot off of the severed leg, and the cut did not bleed. The ghoul on the left then lifted its hands and smiled. Neither ghoul ever said a word, but they enjoyed what they were doing.
Behind the ghouls was a crooked spinning path of Platinum, silver, and gold. Consisting of Circular Saws, each half imbedded in the ground, and each bigger than my outstretched arms.
They spun rapidly, but there was no machine making them spin, and they all stayed in place. There edges were cankered (rusted) and there were not more than four in a row, all the rows diagonal, like a crooked path, or a zig- zag zig- zag. The buzzing sound they produced was the only sound in the vision of the valley from Jesus.
On the horizon it was either morning or evening.
And in the valley was thick grass. The Grass means: Everybody on Earth had this vision, and it was given to them by God, Jesus Christ YHWH.

The Curved Trees with the lower leaves dark green and orange red centers: Failing Jesus by not getting involved.
The Square Pit: Failing Jesus by not reading the Bible everyday.
The Unknown Depth of the Square Pit: Failing Jesus making ultimatums and unfriendly orders.
The People cut to piece but not dead, in the pit: In those days men shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. Men shall seek death and shall not find it.
The Sand: What shall it profit a man should he gain the whole world and lose his soul? What can a man give in exchange for his soul?
The Two Ghouls: You are double tongued, double hearted and double minded, and fail Jesus being this way.
The Foot cut off: One will do.
The cut to the ankle did not bleed: You do not believe in the forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
The White sock: You fail Jesus not uplifting the Holy Spirit.
The Black Shoe: Why?
The Metal, Platinum, Silver, and rusted Gold: You fail Jesus being silent about the vision.
The Spinning: You Fail God watching too much TV (Magic) Using drugs for pleasure (Sorcery) Not telling that you saw and heard Jesus (Witchcraft) Asking people to pay for a prayer (Wizardry)
The Buzzing Sound: You Fail Jesus (God) cussing, speaking ill of your brother, and having impure thoughts.
The Formation of the Saws: You fail Jesus walking a crooked path.
The Green Grass: Everybody on earth had this vision from Jesus Christ. There is not any person on earth who has not seen this valley of vision.
