We have big plans coming for the turbo e36 and I can't wait for the next Gridlife. Who's coming to #gridlife Colorado?
This track is Gridlife Michigan at Gingerman Raceway.
1995 E36 specs
-200k mile turbo m50 (head studs and cut ring head gasket, Thats it!!)
-e36 m3 ZF tranmission
-stock 3.91 e36 differential
-stock e36 m3 axles
-turbo is a garrett g25-550
-14psi boost 418whp
-Ignite red ethanol
-Link Plug and play ecu
-Radium fuel cell and FCST
-tires are Falken RT 615K+ 265/35-18 rear, 235/40-18 front
-rear tires at 20psi
the top of 3rd gear is about 80mph... Enjoy!

Thanks you for sharing the setup. Only addition I would add to mine would be oil chain tensioner and safety wire the oil pump nut weld the upgraded oil pickup tube and add a baffle. I was thinking poly subframe and m3 diff mount. Along with m3 engine and trans for that street / occasional drift day. 8:16

in the middle of a semi similar build currently. Really appreciate you tossing the build sheet in the description man! I was definitely inbetween keeping a 3.91 or finding a 3.15 or similar, 10000% keeping a 3.91 and letting it scream. Wish I had access so e85/similar locally so I could've skipped a copper spacer, but I'm way too broke to be buying 5 gallon pales of ignite 😂

How is the G25-550 at that power level? Is it at its upper limits or is there more room to go up to 500whp?

The shifter is a 30$ one from ebay 😁 Works great!
What’s the gearbox and how wildly expensive is it?

He's on ignite racing fuel. Compression is probably a little different from stock because of headgasket
@@dikkodikko6262 Completely stick engine so whatever the compression ratio is stock haha. The head gasket might have changed it slightly but not much. We run Ignite Red E85👍
