- A nice long, meticulous cranial nerve exam to switch off to because, let's face it, we can all do these in our sleep at this point! I don't really watch medical videos but I make an exception for cranial nerve exams as they are so good to doze off to! Back to this video though, and there are a couple of new tests in there (new for me, anyway) so it's a little updated at least. Enjoy!

This video just prompted the most wonderful nap I've ever had. I didn't even know how tired I was. I clicked it and fell asleep almost instantaneously. I listen through my earbuds as I drift off to sleep on a night. Your voice is so soothing that it takes me about 6or7 attempts to watch a complete video. Tomorrow il begin watching from ten min. Next eve after 20min. You get the idea. Much appreciated and many thanks DALE

@@SirimiriASMR I do this every day.😄 My job can be VERY nerve-wracking and when I start to get impatient... Okay, it's time...(Turns on the video) "Take a deep breath in for 4...Hold for 7...Breath out for 8..." You have a calming voice, it works.
But it also works in a calm environment. Yesterday I spent half my working day listening to a short video "ASMR Tingly Christmas Sounds"😄It was amazing. Like a massage for the brain.
And when I want to really relax at work, I turn on a video with Veronica ASMR Kidnapping. Every time I see these videos in recommendations (they are always there) a song starts playing in my head "Bad Woman Blues - Beth Hart". Minus one kidney! Do you feel lighter!? I really hope she comes back!

Cranial nerve exams are one of the only ASMR medical exams I will watch (I’m a roleplay kinda gal) because they make me sleepy!
