From what I've seen, and I haven't been there, India is an amazingly spectacular, country with many cultures and legends. The people are beautiful and I love their use of color and spices.

This is a very interesting argument. We have decorative kings/queens of many regions in India too. Who live in their old palaces. People say those families are best instruments to preserve culture and traditions. Also they bring lot of tourists too. I had seen CGP greys video who said English royal family serves similar purpose. How true is that?

Indians have developed immunity to the geographic regions, its possible that others are not use to the entirely different geographic and climatic conditions including natural elements like virus. Any place , which has viruses is not necessarily because of anything related to hygiene only. In deep forests, wide open land, mountains everywhere viruses exists.
