2016~2019 Hyundai Tucson Door Handle Replacement - If your handles are painted watch this video.

My door handles were not chrome but that was the only choice available for replacement. Here is how I was able to use the original colored handle. The door lock/unlock switch had failed. I used the parts out of the new chrome handle with the old painted handle. If you are careful it is not that hard to accomplish the switching of the covers. This video shows you the process I used.

What was the piece that broke off and flew off camera when you popped the handle mechanism out of the handle cover? Was it part of the mechanism or part of the cover?
