Yay! My creamy crayon thingies came today! Didn't quite make it in time to take on my mini-vacation, but SO much fun to play with. I actually ordered two of these and one of each of two other brands (wanted to compare) and I see myself blowing through my whole stash in no time.
Ms. Davies, After playing with the gel crayons, though briefly, how do you feel about their practical use in various projects, whether to give or sell?
Lots of good info in these vids, thanks!---only sometimes the sound is at a level I can't really hear. Other times I have to turn it down. Just a helpful heads-up.

I’ve been using mixing white to create veil effects. So far, it’s worked great. Semi transparent & no mixing with mediums required.

What's the fixative? I'm trying to find something that will keep it from smearing for a folk art kids project
How do those compare to Tim Holtz Distress Crayons?

i use them with petroleum jelly to help it spread and my finger! love them...not for my grand kids....they would go thru these way too fast!!!!
A comparable affordable “art” product is mungyo water soluble oil pastels on Jerry’s and Amazon.
