The animation effects on the characters are amazing. Look at Heinsenberg when Angie says "He's awake" - he gets interrupted twice and looks at her twice and then erruprs. Same with the others. Miranda staring at Alcina when she says her decision is final too. So good
That one was probably my favorite small detail in this scene, aside from Moreau flapping/dancing when Angie started chanting "fight!"

I believe Karl, despite his douche-baggery, had a great capacity for good still in him, but it was held back by his trauma and anger at Mother Miranda for transforming him.

@@Luxstar13 The fungus they were referring to is the mold, and that Cadou parasite in Moreau is inside all of them. All the files for the 4 lords in Miranda's lab tells us all of their Cadou affinities with Moreau being the lowest and Heisenberg being the highest.
The Cadou parasite itself originated from the mold aka, the Megamycete as well.

Just a friendly reminder that in a game set in Eastern Europe, only one single character (Duke) sounds like they are even remotely from the continent.
Supposedly, their foreign nationality is part of the reason for their powers. Since some of them are more obviously from different regions, Dimitrescu being French, Heisenberg German/Austrian heritage, they lack the same endemic resistance via exposure to the parasite that local people might, and so were exposed to its full effects, opposed to the villagers being turned into Lucan's due to a partial and warped immune response.

Honestly, I think this is my favorite part in the game. Seeing the antagonist interact with each other, I love those types of moments
i wish angie and donna were more fleshed out i liked their characters, very spooky and shrouded in mystery.

angie wasn’t just a hallucination donna literally spread her mind across all her dolls and gave them sentience when ethan took out donna that’s when the dolls stopped moving
Angie was real. What Ethan saw in Donna's house were hallucinations due to the yellow flowers and Beneviento messing with his mind.
Walking and talking Angie is real. She can actually move and think for herself. She just so happens to also be a way for Donna to channel her spirit through (or something akin to that, I haven't played the game I just observe from afar)

I may be wrong, but I'm guessing that was the point. Miranda is not meant to be dominating. She plays mind games and manipulates things behind the scenes. Her tone has a more maternal vibe to it. And besides the Four Lords are fully aware how quick she can mess them up if they disobey.
