    Yaha Pune City me ek aadmi hai uneducated, usake daily 1500 tiffins jaate hai. 1 tiffin ka 85/- rs charge karte hai.
    India ke mostly startup ka problem kya hai aapko maalum hai, wah selfie business man hote hai. Wah thodese success me hi hawa me udne lagte hai. celebrity ke tarah behavior karte hai.....
    Pune aur mumbai me again low educated do ladies aisi hai, ek ka motichur laddu aur ek ki puran poli export hoti hai.
    In logon ko malum hi nahi startup kya hota hai....... Ab bolo real business man kon hai.

      Bhai fully agree , Mai BHI business krta hu . But jab mne shuru Kiya tha Kuch bhi nhi tha bs logo se paisa liya udhar but ye pta tha ki ye paisa Mera nhi hai or vapis krna hai .so us money ko bohot carefully use Kiya or ab acha chal raha hai upar wale ki Dya se but ek BAAT hai Jo Shi bolo Bhai ki logo ke pass thoda paisa Aya nhi ki pagal ho gye Jaise pta ni kitni baddi achievement ho . Phle hi din new car , iPhone , new house and night parties bs ye logo Ka shuru ho jata hai .
      Bhai 100 BAAT ki BAAT hai paisa Kmana to Muskil hai hi but usko digest krna us se BHI jyada Muskil hai bs yhi hai logo Ka problem

      Mai bhi kafi dino se startup ki story sun raha Jo fail hotay. Mushkil yahi Jo aap ne bola, ab Yumist ko 12 cror investment mila tu lazmi wo new big car, new iphone, new gf shuru hua ho ga. Yeh karo tu fail hona banta hai lajmi. Agar naik Dil ke sath yeh socho k paisa logon ka wapis bhi karna tu ho success milti bhai

    Instead of one kitchen they should have worked by renting spare capacity of low running restaurant with their receptive and chef
    One big kitchen will increase their time to deliver and increase in last mile delivery cost, with scale overhead increases non linearly in beginning. When they are selling small then their customer acquisition cost should have been less. Pricing itself was a big motivator. Expansion may introduce quality issues, more travel and monitoring cost they could have been better off with boot strap

    Agar Noida se order aaya.. Aur kitchen Gurgaon Mein he to 100 Rupees Mein na tho jayega... Aur na 20 minute Mein deliver hoga.... 12000 square feet ka ek kitchen banane ke jagah 120 square feet ke 100 kitchen, Chef and staff members should be outsourced
